Hello!
I have one final giveaway for you guys while I am away!
I have a feeling quite a few of you will be excited about this giveaway since I’ve been talking up Tina’s Best Body Bootcamp for months and months. I joined her online boot camp when she first began it last year and have enjoyed participating in ever single round since then.
Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!
When I first signed up for Tina’s first round of boot camp, I wasn’t sure what to expect.
She promised eight weeks of original workouts for only $25. I knew what she was offering would typically cost a million times more than $25, so I signed up figuring I could use her workouts as inspiration if they weren’t exactly my style.
I ended up loving her workouts and have participated in all four rounds of online boot camp that Tina has offered since then! The boot camp workouts are fast-paced and challenging (but scalable to all fitness levels!) and since they change every two weeks, I am constantly excited to see what’s coming next which keeps me engaged in the program.
The boot camp works like this:
Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.
Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).
A Best Body Bootcamp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.
Registration for the latest round of Best Body Bootcamp closes on April 7 but one PBF reader will win a free entry into the bootcamp!
To enter this giveaway, simply comment on the post below, telling me what you look for in a new workout plan. I’ll announce the winner tomorrow.
Good luck!

I’m intrigued by the body boot camp giveaway! I’d love to try it out! Thank you for the opportunity! 🙂
Workouts have to be easy to follow with some consistency; it sounds like she switches things up when you get to the point of it being repetitive! It sounds like a great boot camp, I’d love to win!
I will, for the first time in 14 years, find myself jobless in about a week. No more saying “I don’t have time, I’m too tired after work, etc”. So I need something to get me back up on the saddle, so to speak. I’m going to turn the jobless situation into an opportunity to get back into some healthy habits!
I am looking for motivation to keep my fitness goals going. This looks awesome!
I’m a college student who became super interested in living a totally healthy lifestyle during my sophomore year after seeing two very unhealthy ends of the spectrum on my campus. On one hand there was my classmates who (unintentionally) took the “freshman 15” to the extreme. (I’m guilty too, thanks in large part to the dining halls that offered copious amounts of all of my vices- pizza, ice cream, sugary cereal, and yes, ALWAYS peanut butter). On the other was those that fought the very unhealthy battle to avoid this stereotype through various east disorders.
Anyway, I became desperate to find a happy medium. First came exercise. That was the relatively easy part for me. But then, when I got tired of working hard for no results, I made the commitment to the other part as well: my diet.
Now, I’m learning that I have to constantly change up my entire routine to keep getting results. This means changing my grocery list and work-out routine frequently. This isn’t easy since I am a creature of habit.
Long story short, I NEED a new routine! Something challenging and fun. I get bored easily but Tina sounds like the perfect remedy!
I look for variety in my workouts. I’ve gotten so bored with my usual routine, so I’d love to mix things up.
A challenging workout that I can see results with!
something that’s easy to follow along with but still leaves me dripping sweat at the end
I’m looking for something new and different. It’s so easy to just do the same thing over and over. Plus, I need something that PUSHES me! 🙂
I look for a workout that will make me sore the next day, one that makes me sweat, and feel good!
I look for something that pushes me outside of my comfort zone but also varies in intensity and activity.
I look for something to challenge me and to also keep me motivated. I don’t belong to a gym and sometimes it is difficult for me to come up with workouts on my own at home. What a great give-away!
I look for creativity and something that challenges me!
I’m always looking for something interesting, that makes my gym time fly by quickly and leaves me feeling the burn the next day!
I look for something fun and challenging that keeps me interested but isn’t so difficult that I feel like I can’t do it.
