Best Body Bootcamp Giveaway

March 31, 2013 by Julie 970 Comments

Hello!

I have one final giveaway for you guys while I am away!

I have a feeling quite a few of you will be excited about this giveaway since I’ve been talking up Tina’s Best Body Bootcamp for months and months. I joined her online boot camp when she first began it last year and have enjoyed participating in ever single round since then.

Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!

When I first signed up for Tina’s first round of boot camp, I wasn’t sure what to expect.

best body boot camp

She promised eight weeks of original workouts for only $25. I knew what she was offering would typically cost a million times more than $25, so I signed up figuring I could use her workouts as inspiration if they weren’t exactly my style.

I ended up loving her workouts and have participated in all four rounds of online boot camp that Tina has offered since then! The boot camp workouts are fast-paced and challenging (but scalable to all fitness levels!) and since they change every two weeks, I am constantly excited to see what’s coming next which keeps me engaged in the program.

The boot camp works like this:

Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.

Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).

A Best Body Bootcamp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.

Registration for the latest round of Best Body Bootcamp closes on April 7 but one PBF reader will win a free entry into the bootcamp!

To enter this giveaway, simply comment on the post below, telling me what you look for in a new workout plan. I’ll announce the winner tomorrow.

Good luck!

Be sure to follow PBFingers on Instagram and Facebook!

I'd love to connect with you! I am always so grateful when you let me know you tried one of my recipes or workouts and tag me in your photos or updates. Thank you so much!!!

I feel like I am constantly doing the same exercises over and over again. I need something NEW! And I love the two extra goals. Each month I try to set a new workout goal for myself…for example, in January I did 25 burpees or more every day. I need one for April and the bootcamp would be great!

Sometimes I tend to get in strength training ruts where I only remember to work my main muscle groups. So I look for a workout that really tests make my strength and makes all of my muscles work hard!

I will, for the first time in 14 years, find myself jobless in about a week. No more saying “I don’t have time, I’m too tired after work, etc”. So I need something to get me back up on the saddle, so to speak. I’m going to turn the jobless situation into an opportunity to get back into some healthy habits!

I’m a college student who became super interested in living a totally healthy lifestyle during my sophomore year after seeing two very unhealthy ends of the spectrum on my campus. On one hand there was my classmates who (unintentionally) took the “freshman 15” to the extreme. (I’m guilty too, thanks in large part to the dining halls that offered copious amounts of all of my vices- pizza, ice cream, sugary cereal, and yes, ALWAYS peanut butter). On the other was those that fought the very unhealthy battle to avoid this stereotype through various east disorders.

Anyway, I became desperate to find a happy medium. First came exercise. That was the relatively easy part for me. But then, when I got tired of working hard for no results, I made the commitment to the other part as well: my diet.

Now, I’m learning that I have to constantly change up my entire routine to keep getting results. This means changing my grocery list and work-out routine frequently. This isn’t easy since I am a creature of habit.

Long story short, I NEED a new routine! Something challenging and fun. I get bored easily but Tina sounds like the perfect remedy!
