Best Body Bootcamp Giveaway

March 31, 2013 by Julie 969 Comments

Hello!

I have one final giveaway for you guys while I am away!

I have a feeling quite a few of you will be excited about this giveaway since I’ve been talking up Tina’s Best Body Bootcamp for months and months. I joined her online boot camp when she first began it last year and have enjoyed participating in ever single round since then.

Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!

When I first signed up for Tina’s first round of boot camp, I wasn’t sure what to expect.

best body boot camp

She promised eight weeks of original workouts for only $25. I knew what she was offering would typically cost a million times more than $25, so I signed up figuring I could use her workouts as inspiration if they weren’t exactly my style.

I ended up loving her workouts and have participated in all four rounds of online boot camp that Tina has offered since then! The boot camp workouts are fast-paced and challenging (but scalable to all fitness levels!) and since they change every two weeks, I am constantly excited to see what’s coming next which keeps me engaged in the program.

The boot camp works like this:

Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.

Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).

A Best Body Bootcamp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.

Registration for the latest round of Best Body Bootcamp closes on April 7 but one PBF reader will win a free entry into the bootcamp!

To enter this giveaway, simply comment on the post below, telling me what you look for in a new workout plan. I’ll announce the winner tomorrow.

Good luck!

Be sure to follow PBFingers on Instagram and Facebook!

I'd love to connect with you! I am always so grateful when you let me know you tried one of my recipes or workouts and tag me in your photos or updates. Thank you so much!!!

I am a CPT who does not train others. It was mostly to educate myself to better my own work outs. I’m a full time worker, mother and military wife who can only work out hours before the sun comes up in order to have family time at night. I constantly have to change my goals and workout regimes to keep me motivated to work out at 400a and stay up until the kiddo is in bed while spending some time with my husband. I have been reading your blog for almost a year and have procrastinated into looking at Tina’s boot camp. I would love to be chosen for this to give me something new to motivate me out of bed at 4am!

I have gained some weight since my pregnancy and have little self conscious with my body. Anything to help decrease my fat content along with your great recipes will be cherished inside and out! Thanks!

This sounds so doable! When I try a new workout plan, I typically look for something that is easy to follow, but that will also kick my butt! It also helps if its with other people, or if I have a way to be kept accountable…this bootcamp sounds perfect!

I am training for a half marathon on May and I am doing great with the running schedule but I am greatly struggling with my cross training days. I need something that I can do at home and keeps me motivated to do the workout very early in the morning before the baby gets up and I have to go to work.

Because I’m preparing for a move halfway across the country (Washington D.C. to Wisconsin), I’m looking for workouts that are versatile and don’t necessarily need to be performed in a gym. I’ve always had anxiety about not being able to log hours at the gym (especially in the winter) so any at-home workouts that REALLY kick your butt are especially eye-catching to me at the moment.

I love a new challenge when exercising! I have always been a runner, but had hip surgery almost 2 years ago when my daughter was 9 months old. I had just run a half marathon in Disney world, and had some oain afterwards. I thought it was post baby chiropractic issues…but turns out it was torn hip cartilage! I have been testing new workouts since then, and found that I need another surgery this summer to reconstruct my hip socket. Needless to say, I’m searching for workouts that I can modify to fit my needs, and Tina’s boot camp sounds perfect for me. Thanks for always posting realistic workouts and meals, love reading your blog.
