Hello!
I have one final giveaway for you guys while I am away!
I have a feeling quite a few of you will be excited about this giveaway since I’ve been talking up Tina’s Best Body Bootcamp for months and months. I joined her online boot camp when she first began it last year and have enjoyed participating in ever single round since then.
Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!
When I first signed up for Tina’s first round of boot camp, I wasn’t sure what to expect.
She promised eight weeks of original workouts for only $25. I knew what she was offering would typically cost a million times more than $25, so I signed up figuring I could use her workouts as inspiration if they weren’t exactly my style.
I ended up loving her workouts and have participated in all four rounds of online boot camp that Tina has offered since then! The boot camp workouts are fast-paced and challenging (but scalable to all fitness levels!) and since they change every two weeks, I am constantly excited to see what’s coming next which keeps me engaged in the program.
The boot camp works like this:
Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.
Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).
A Best Body Bootcamp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.
Registration for the latest round of Best Body Bootcamp closes on April 7 but one PBF reader will win a free entry into the bootcamp!
To enter this giveaway, simply comment on the post below, telling me what you look for in a new workout plan. I’ll announce the winner tomorrow.
Good luck!
Something fun, exciting and challenging!
I love workouts that keep me interested and make me sore the next day!
I always look for variety and scale-ability, because I work out on my own and often get really bored with my workouts! I would loveeeee BootCamp
I am a CPT who does not train others. It was mostly to educate myself to better my own work outs. I’m a full time worker, mother and military wife who can only work out hours before the sun comes up in order to have family time at night. I constantly have to change my goals and workout regimes to keep me motivated to work out at 400a and stay up until the kiddo is in bed while spending some time with my husband. I have been reading your blog for almost a year and have procrastinated into looking at Tina’s boot camp. I would love to be chosen for this to give me something new to motivate me out of bed at 4am!
I have gained some weight since my pregnancy and have little self conscious with my body. Anything to help decrease my fat content along with your great recipes will be cherished inside and out! Thanks!
I look for variety in a workout routine! I love mixing it up and trying all different kinds of exercises to work multiple areas. I’m really getting into strength training and would love to try some new workouts!
I look for something fun but that changes so I don’t get bored.
I look for plans that tell me exactly what to do and change things up from week to week.
I look for variety & not having to make up my own workouts!
Structure, that is easy to follow along. I really want to be more active and start an exercise regumine but I have no idea where to begin!
I’d love to get some structure in my workouts while I balance it with school!
I love workouts that keep me motivated and excited about working out and feeling great!
Since I’m injured and can’t run, I want a workout that will kick my butt and keep me from getting so bored in the gym!
Since I am new to weightlifting, I look for something that offers instructions and tip for beginners 🙂
A workout that would keep me always guessing and never bored!
I like a lot of variety and direction when it comes to weight lifting.
I love the idea of a workout you can easily do at home! That’s perfect for my busy schedule, since I’m often unable to make it to weights classes at te gym.
Good variety to keep things interesting, challenging, and fun!
I have been looking for something new and challenging since finishing insanity. U want something that makes me sore, changes pace, and something that keeps me interested (I get bored easily). I think best body boot camp would be perfect!
I would love to try this bootcamp, because I cannot tolerate any workout that doesn’t have variety!
Variety! And a good sweat!
challenging, fun, variety, with a little bit of cardio mixed in (otherwise I slack in that department!)
I have been wanting to try Boot Camp! I think it would be a great variation on the workout circuits that I do now. Pick Me!
I like a workout that challenges me and has me trying new things. I find that I tend to stick to the same routine, which definitely gets boring. Would love to have a workout plan that changes things up and keeps me motivated to keep going! Thanks!!
I always look for fun and variety when looking for new work outs!
I love when workouts are adaptable to my schedule
I like variety! I get bored doing the same activities over and over.
I look for something incorporating weights and cardio.
I like the structure of workout plans but would love the variety and the motivation of the plan!
I need a change in my workout routine. I have been in a rut, just going through the same boring cardio circuit. I would love to change this up and start using weights and different exercises.
Something I can do at home and something flexible so that if my school schedule changes, I can adjust my workout plan =)
I look for ways to keep me honest in my strength training. I can hold myself accountable for cardio/intervals, but I find it harder to make up strength exercises “on my own.” Thanks!! 🙂
This sounds so doable! When I try a new workout plan, I typically look for something that is easy to follow, but that will also kick my butt! It also helps if its with other people, or if I have a way to be kept accountable…this bootcamp sounds perfect!
I am training for a half marathon on May and I am doing great with the running schedule but I am greatly struggling with my cross training days. I need something that I can do at home and keeps me motivated to do the workout very early in the morning before the baby gets up and I have to go to work.
Because I’m preparing for a move halfway across the country (Washington D.C. to Wisconsin), I’m looking for workouts that are versatile and don’t necessarily need to be performed in a gym. I’ve always had anxiety about not being able to log hours at the gym (especially in the winter) so any at-home workouts that REALLY kick your butt are especially eye-catching to me at the moment.
Something that would encourage me to do more strength training and that is fun 🙂
I love a new challenge when exercising! I have always been a runner, but had hip surgery almost 2 years ago when my daughter was 9 months old. I had just run a half marathon in Disney world, and had some oain afterwards. I thought it was post baby chiropractic issues…but turns out it was torn hip cartilage! I have been testing new workouts since then, and found that I need another surgery this summer to reconstruct my hip socket. Needless to say, I’m searching for workouts that I can modify to fit my needs, and Tina’s boot camp sounds perfect for me. Thanks for always posting realistic workouts and meals, love reading your blog.
I look for new challenges.
VARIETY! i tend to get into habits and do the same old thang. boo.
I look for something fun and challenging! I want to make sure I always get a good workout in.
Something that I won’t get bored with!
I would LOVE this! I am getting a little bored with my current workout routine, so this would change up the pace a bit and keep me engaged!
I look for a lot of variety!
I like exercises that are fast paced and keep changing! To keep motivated and avoid bordem is all I need!
My half will be over this weekend! So after I am done training for that I will need something else fun to motivate me! I need something fun that switches it up in a work out plan.
The thing I would look forward to the most is the guidance… Sometimes I feel like a lost lil puppy.
I like to continuously challenge myself, so I’m into workouts that really switch things up. I think its really important to make fitness fun so variety is a must. The boot camp looks awesome because of the variety and it also seems to provide workout structure (which this girly needs)! (:
I definitely would love to start working on strength as opposed to just running like I am now! (:
Something that I can do without needing a lot of equipment!
I look for a challenge in a new workout plan!
I like any workout that can convince me to do something other than cardio! Getting out there to run is easy for me, but I struggle to make myself strength train.
