Best Body Bootcamp Giveaway

March 31, 2013 by Julie 970 Comments

Hello!

I have one final giveaway for you guys while I am away!

I have a feeling quite a few of you will be excited about this giveaway since I’ve been talking up Tina’s Best Body Bootcamp for months and months. I joined her online boot camp when she first began it last year and have enjoyed participating in ever single round since then.

Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!

When I first signed up for Tina’s first round of boot camp, I wasn’t sure what to expect.

best body boot camp

She promised eight weeks of original workouts for only $25. I knew what she was offering would typically cost a million times more than $25, so I signed up figuring I could use her workouts as inspiration if they weren’t exactly my style.

I ended up loving her workouts and have participated in all four rounds of online boot camp that Tina has offered since then! The boot camp workouts are fast-paced and challenging (but scalable to all fitness levels!) and since they change every two weeks, I am constantly excited to see what’s coming next which keeps me engaged in the program.

The boot camp works like this:

Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.

Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).

A Best Body Bootcamp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.

Registration for the latest round of Best Body Bootcamp closes on April 7 but one PBF reader will win a free entry into the bootcamp!

To enter this giveaway, simply comment on the post below, telling me what you look for in a new workout plan. I’ll announce the winner tomorrow.

Good luck!

Be sure to follow PBFingers on Instagram and Facebook!

I'd love to connect with you! I am always so grateful when you let me know you tried one of my recipes or workouts and tag me in your photos or updates. Thank you so much!!!

I need something that’s convenient right now. I commute crazy hours for my job and don’t have time to get to a gym. I barely have time to work out! I need something that’s quick and effective.

When looking for a new workout plan, I’m always on the hunt for a program that will meet, as well as challenge, my fitness goals. The plan must also incorporate cardio, strength training and a bit of yoga. Above all, workouts that are engaging and able to be completed in segments are great since I often workout while my two young daugthers are playing.

I’d love to win this! As a college student I’m always looking for a good workout to combat all the time I spend sitting in class and studying, and having a hard workout pre-planned for me would make me more likely to do it – and to push myself and enjoy it!

Convenience is really important to me right now with working full time and planning a wedding. More importantly, though, I think I look for something that will hold my attention. I will make the time for something I look forward to! I’ve heard such good things about her workout plan, hopefully I can start sooner rather than later!

I have never followed an online boot camp workout but I would love to follow a program that incorporates both high intensity cardio and heavy sets of weights. I have recently started to strength train and there are some days when I just run out of ideas! That is when an online program would really come in handy.

As a life-long sufferer of exercise ADD, I’m always looking for ways to shake up my work-out routine. Unfortunately, I’ve been stuck in a bit of an athletic rut of late, and would love to use this bootcamp as a way to kick myself out of it.

I look for exercise plans that I know will challenge me. I’ve done some plans and I felt they were too easy, didn’t utilize weights or didn’t use cardio that much. I’ve heard many great things about Tina’s bootcamp and I’d love to try it out! I’m trying to tone my body, but I’m finding it hard too!
