I’m not sure if there’s something strange about my feet, but I get holes in my socks fairly easily. I love thicker socks that are still breathable since they seem to hold up better, but I do not like it when socks are so think that they feel like slippers! Thankfully the reinforced footbed in Bombas socks is built for comfort, not overwhelming thickness.
The socks are made with Long Staple Prima Cotton that is somehow warm in the winter and cool in the summer, with nature moisture wicking properties. A great athletic and day-to-day sock!
I’ve worn Bombas for a variety of workouts, including a boot camp style workout at the gym, steady state cardio on the elliptical and a chilly outdoor run with Sadie. I would love to try the women’s ankle socks (the gray and turquoise pair is especially cute)! I’ve always worn Adidas socks made with aloe, however they’ve been discontinued so I’m now searching for a perfect replacement. Comfortable socks that stay put during my workouts are a must.
