I will be rushing off to the gym the minute this blog post goes up but wanted to be sure to get in a good breakfast before it’s time to teach.
Today’s morning meal came together in a flash. Part one included a sliced pear topped with walnuts and a drizzle of honey.
Part two featured three hard boiled eggs and a cup of coffee!

The Zella mesh capris! I’m training for my first half marathon (Key West!) and am in the market for some capri style running tights.
Sidenote question: Did you have to go through a separate certification/training to teach a cycle class? Or when you work at the gym and have your group class cert can you teach any class? And congrats on day one!
