This Halloween is full of treats!
The treats began last night in our house when Ryan and I exchanged our anniversary gifts. I totally dropped the ball and didn’t end up finding anything leather, so I veered from the traditional anniversary gift themes and gave him clothes and a little box of goodies.
I attached little cards to various food and beverage items that I know Ryan likes and used the name of the item in a sentence about why I love being married to him!
For example, attached to a bag of Combos pretzels, I wrote a card that said I love you because “you’re the perfect COMBO-nation of playful, loving, supportive and fun!” On a bag of Smartfood popcorn I wrote, “You’re SMART and challenge me… in a good way!” It was a fun project and I hope it conveyed to Ryan just how much he means to me.
We don’t normally go all-out for anniversary gifts, so I was shocked when I opened Ryan’s gift to me and found a beautiful new leather purse that can be both a cross-body purse or a clutch.
He went above and beyond and saved for it and I absolutely love what he picked out! I was shocked and so impressed and told him that I will wear it all day and all night! He definitely put my gift to shame. Thank you, Ryan!!
Treats continued at work today. Even though I work at a gym, we’re not above celebrating with a little candy!
My coworkers made fun of me because I grabbed a box of DOTS. Do people not like DOTS? I am so out of the loop. It’s not like I was loving on Bit O’ Honeys or something! Give me a little credit!
Once I was done working and teaching, I headed home for a late lunch which came together in no time at all thanks to leftovers.
I reheated last night’s crock pot dish of pulled chicken, potatoes, carrots and onion and ate it with an apple and a Reese’s peanut butter cup.
It was delicious!

YourReebok Giveaway
I have a feeling quite a few of you will be pumped for this giveaway!
This month, through my on-going partnership with Reebok, I was able to experience the company’s YourReebok page which allows people to customize shoes using various colors and personalization touches.
Since the Reebok Nano Speed has quickly become by all-time favorite Reebok shoe, I knew they were the pair of shoes I wanted to use as my design guinea pig!
I spent a little too long on the website and think I designed four different shoes before I finally settled on a certain look.
And yes, you can personalize the back of the shoes! I ended up opting out of that feature because I couldn’t think of anything more creative than my name to put on the back of my shoe, but I’m sure people come up with some awesome nicknames or funny taglines!
I played around with super bright colors, muted colors, lots of white and lots of color but in the end I put together a shoe with lots of purple and gray and a touch of light blue. 
They should be arriving sometime next week and I am pumped to put them to good use!

I would love the nano speeds! Possibly some combination of blue, but definitely neon! I dont think I would personalize them though!

I would definitely incorporate the purple color – its gorgeous!
I would customize the nano speed shoe with either light blue and white or purple and white. I would personalize them with something like “Get Fit”, or at least something that is motivating but less cheesy. haha

I would customize with my name and I would throw in some hot pink and lime green colors! The brighter the shoe the faster you appear to be! 🙂

I would love to customize the nano speed. I’m totally indecisive though so it will probably take a little time to decide on exactly what colors I want…

I love the nano speeds!!! I need a running shoe so bad! I would definitely go neon green and purple with the words “Go Hard” on the back, to just motivate me to always go hard when I train!

I would customize the Reebok CrossFit Nano 3.0’s with the colors grey and pink. The personalization would say “think Pink” as I help awareness for breast cancer by running in my first race!
Oh my gosh, I would love brightly colored running sneakers! And the Reebok’s are so comfy! I bought my last pair before the bright colors were popular, but everything else I own for running is brightly colored anyways!! I would definitely customize with hot pink and lime green! Maybe throw some orange or purple in there!
I would love to design a pair of black & purple Reebok Nano Speed’s. I’d wear them for my circuit workouts at the gym and boot camp classes!

oh goodness, do i need a new pair of shoes! i work at an animal clinic ( we see SO many vizsla’s LOVE them ) and i am always running around. literally. i have pretty basic scrubs, so i think i would actually love to have a very BRIGHT colored shoe. you know, give the outfit a little pop 🙂
Hi Julie! Although I like so many of their shoes I think I would choose the cross fit nano speed shoes. I like the thinner/sleeker sole. I could play with different color combos forever but kept going for the dark blue and yellow. I liked the contrast. Thanks for the opportunity for this giveaway!!!

I would pick the RealFlex Scream 2.0 (It’s Halloween. Why NOT pick something with the word Scream in the name? lol), in purple and Solar Green. I love that combo together, and they’re two of my favorite colors. I would want anyone to look at them and go, “Yep. That’s Becky.”

I would do the Speed Nanos! I think I would do a blue color with some black and grey. I might put “dream big” on them to personalize.

I think I would customize the the Nano 3.0s. Lots of bright colors, maybe purples, blues and pinks.

I would go for the Nano Speed, it seems like a versatile shoe. I am a tad obsessed with coral/teal combos, so would have to incorporate those into the design. I don’t think I’d customize with any words….can’t think of anything I wouldn’t get sick of.
Forgot to mention they would be ridiculously colorful!
