This Halloween is full of treats!
The treats began last night in our house when Ryan and I exchanged our anniversary gifts. I totally dropped the ball and didn’t end up finding anything leather, so I veered from the traditional anniversary gift themes and gave him clothes and a little box of goodies.
I attached little cards to various food and beverage items that I know Ryan likes and used the name of the item in a sentence about why I love being married to him!
For example, attached to a bag of Combos pretzels, I wrote a card that said I love you because “you’re the perfect COMBO-nation of playful, loving, supportive and fun!” On a bag of Smartfood popcorn I wrote, “You’re SMART and challenge me… in a good way!” It was a fun project and I hope it conveyed to Ryan just how much he means to me.
We don’t normally go all-out for anniversary gifts, so I was shocked when I opened Ryan’s gift to me and found a beautiful new leather purse that can be both a cross-body purse or a clutch.
He went above and beyond and saved for it and I absolutely love what he picked out! I was shocked and so impressed and told him that I will wear it all day and all night! He definitely put my gift to shame. Thank you, Ryan!!
Treats continued at work today. Even though I work at a gym, we’re not above celebrating with a little candy!
My coworkers made fun of me because I grabbed a box of DOTS. Do people not like DOTS? I am so out of the loop. It’s not like I was loving on Bit O’ Honeys or something! Give me a little credit!
Once I was done working and teaching, I headed home for a late lunch which came together in no time at all thanks to leftovers.
I reheated last night’s crock pot dish of pulled chicken, potatoes, carrots and onion and ate it with an apple and a Reese’s peanut butter cup.
It was delicious!

YourReebok Giveaway
I have a feeling quite a few of you will be pumped for this giveaway!
This month, through my on-going partnership with Reebok, I was able to experience the company’s YourReebok page which allows people to customize shoes using various colors and personalization touches.
Since the Reebok Nano Speed has quickly become by all-time favorite Reebok shoe, I knew they were the pair of shoes I wanted to use as my design guinea pig!
I spent a little too long on the website and think I designed four different shoes before I finally settled on a certain look.
And yes, you can personalize the back of the shoes! I ended up opting out of that feature because I couldn’t think of anything more creative than my name to put on the back of my shoe, but I’m sure people come up with some awesome nicknames or funny taglines!
I played around with super bright colors, muted colors, lots of white and lots of color but in the end I put together a shoe with lots of purple and gray and a touch of light blue. 
They should be arriving sometime next week and I am pumped to put them to good use!

I would definitely go for Nano speed since I’m working on improving speed during my weekly jogs. The color would be either pink (to support breast cancer awareness) or blue (my favorite color). As to personalization, I’d probably go for something that would be meaningful for me and not to the others like Sparta for the Spartan Trifecta I’m planning on doing next year 🙂
I really want some neon colored shoes and I don’t think I could put my name on my shoes either. 🙂

I would probably try the nano speeds in pink and blue. I am so jealous of my sisters brightly colored workout sneaks and I have wanted to get some! I would probably put my nickname “tiny” on them. 🙂

I wish I could say something fun, but I’m far too traditional with my footwear so I’d go with grey and white (boring!).

I would customize the Nano Speed in highlighter colors bright yellow and bright pink I like my shoes to stand out since my clothes is usually black. I love Reeboks been using them for years. I would try to squeeze “Speed Demon” some way!!
I would love the Nano Speeds in bright colors!! Maybe pink/purple/teal?! Fun shoes always motivate me on those days when the last thing I want to do is get out there and run!
I would want one to say “fearfully” and the other to say “wonderfully” as in the bible verse:

I’ve never bought Reebok shoes before, but would love to make a pair that’s blue and green!

I would definitely customize some Nano Speeds in bright neon pinks, oranges and greens since my workout clothes are usually black, gray and white and have them say “Beast Mode” in some fashion!! 😀

I need a new pair of Nanos- I wear mine at crossfit all the time. I think I’d go w super bright and include pink and purple somehow. The back of my shoes would likely read “yay” and “burpees” or something silly like that.

I would definitely customize the Reebok Nano, I’ve been wanting to give them a try so badly. Heard many great things. My too favorite colors are purple and orange, so I would like to somehow incorporate those together. Maybe with some white in-between them. I’m getting in shape for my wedding coming up, SO I would have to think of something creative to keep me going and stay motivated for that since the back of my shoes face me in my closet. Probably something along the lines of “GET IN THAT DRESS!” or “LOOK AT HIM!”.. something for myself.

I would definitely get the Nano 3.0 for an awesome crossfit shoe. I would definitely go with neon pink and black. These have become my speciality colors. Mine would definitely say “Go the distance” or some mantra like that!

I would pick the Reebok Nano Speed in hot pink and silver. I am so much more motivated to work out when I have a cute (and comfy) pair of shoes! I love that you can customize the back of the shoes too. I think I would want mine to say the date of my next half marathon.

I would choose a cross training shoe that definitely has red in it and I do not think I would customize it with any wording either.

What a cool opportunity! If I had to customize my shoes, I’d like to think I would go all crazy maroon and orange (because I’m THAT kind of Virginia Tech fan) and personalize them with “Go Hokies” or something similar. But in reality, I’d probably settle for something like you did – a more neutral base with a super fun pop (or two) of color!

I’ve been loving bright colors lately in my gym attire so I’m thinking hot pink or turquoise!
I would pick the women’s crossfit nano 3.0’s and design them in a rotal blue, orange and grey scheme. If i personalized these, the backs would say “ampitup”
I would customize the Nano 3.0! They’d be perfect for leg days at the gym.
I think I would do the Nano speeds in hot pink black and yellow and write “26.2” on the back to motivate me to complete a marathon.

Nano speeds for sure! I think I would choose blue yellow and maybe a flash of hot pink! I would write on the back ‘Just keep moving’ to keep me motivated even when I’m feeling flat 🙂
