Right now I’m hooked on a daily bootcamp class that my gym offers. Also loving running on the treadmill while watching Gilmore Girls on Netflix!!

I do strength and pilates, but my favorite is tried-and-true running! It gets me outside and out of my head!
I may or may not have fallen off the workout wagon for the past couple weeks because of a sinus infection that wouldn’t quit. But I have a date with the treadmill on Saturday, and I WILL keep it!

I am loving our gym’s stroller fit classes. The best part is you don’t have to have a stroller or a kid. It’s a kick butt bootcamp class and that leaves me so tired and sore but I love and look forward to it every week.
I am spinning and enjoying TRX class!
I’m doing the 21 Day Fix right now, and loving it!! All types of workouts mixed together, so I don’t die of boredom in the cold!!
Yoga is my go to at the moment! That hoodie is awesome!
I’ve been rehabbing from ankle and knee surgeries since July and recently was cleared to begin very short runs on the treadmill. After almost a year of being unable to run, I’m absolutely ecstatic just to be able to run and I’ve been treasuring each minute spent running (despite being restricted to the treadmill)!
My favorite workout right now is boxing and kickboxing at the UFC gym! Fast paced, fun, and a great workout…I can even do an unassisted pull up now!
I’m still hiking. Thankfully, we don’t have any snow yet.
I love love love to spin spin spin!!! Although it is bittersweet to bring my road bike inside after the Canadian winter chill sets in, I also get SO excited to get spinning back into my routine! The class is so high energy, and makes for a great workout!
I’m loving the new Barre class at my gym. A new way to make my legs extremely sore the next day! 🙂
Bouldering has been my favorite way to work out lately! It’s a lot of fun and is helping me get over my fear of heights.
