I know many of you share my love for Harry & David, so I am excited to bring another giveaway your way today!
Harry & David recently reached out to me about a spring giveaway and I hopped on their website and had no trouble selecting something perfectly sweet that I hope you guys will enjoy.
How delicious does this look?
That, my friends, is Harry & David’s decadent carrot cake speciality cheesecake.
My mother-in-law always has the most indulgent, delicious desserts at her annual Easter brunch, and when I saw this cheesecake it instantly reminded me of wonderful family get-togethers that always seem to end with something sweet.
Having ordered this cheesecake myself before, I can assure you that one bite will have you wanting more! Sandwiched between two layers of carrot cake made with chopped walnuts and spices is Harry & David’s famous New York style cheesecake. The carrot cake cheesecake is made on site and frosted by hand with cream cheese frosting.
One PBF reader will win this carrot cake cheesecake.
To enter this giveaway, simply comment below, telling me when and where you’d like to enjoy this cheesecake.
And it’s totally cool if you’re going to eat it with a fork at home and keep it all to yourself like Chandler and Rachel. I like your style.
I will randomly select a winner on Monday morning.
Good luck!
I would love to share this with my family when we celebrate Easter!
My husband and I have to celebrate Easter away from family, so we’d love to have this carrotcake to dull our pain 😉
Yum!! I would love to bring this to my family’s easter brunch!
Honestly, I would LOVE to save this for myself haha. But that probably wouldn’t be too healthy and my roommates would not be too happy with me, so I would definitely share it at a dinner with good friends and roommates.
I would love to send this to my family as a surprise!
Holy cow, two of my favorite desserts combined into one?! My husband and I woul totally polish this off ourselves over a week!
would love to share with my family and friends on good friday.
That looks moist & delicious! My boyfriend is not a big sweets fan, but he does really enjoy carrot cake. We always split our time between our two families on Easter, so would love to share half of this with my family & half with his! Thanks Julie! 🙂
Ummm yum!!!!! I would love this for Easter, so festive!!
Easter at my moms with my 2sisters and their families!!!!
I would enjoy this cake with my Grandma and hubby on Easter 🙂 For Todd and I’s 1 year “going out” anniversary I had my GMa teach me how to make her carrot cake from scratch (it’s on of his faves.) This would be the perfect way to reminisce! Also, I’ve been meaning to send you Ireland info… I was lucky enough to tag along one of Todd’s work trips there. It was awesome 🙂 E-mail to follow.
We always have Easter dinner at my aunt’s on my dad side. My mom has been looking for something delicious to bring other than ricotta pie!
I’d love to share this with my mom on Easter! Carrot cake is her favorite and this looks delicious!
Would love to share w/ my family for Easter!
I would love to share the beautiful cake with my co-workers to celebrate our hard work and wonderful start to 2013.
I would enjoy it with my fiancé in our new house!
My boyfriend doesn’t like sweets, but he loves carrot cake, so I’d eat it with him!
Holy yum. I would totally want to polish this off all by myself, because, like you, I am a sweets monster. But I suppose my family would make me share!
This would be a perfect dessert for our family’s Easter celebration.
This looks soooo good! I would love to store it in the freezer until Easter to bring to my grandparents’ friends house — I have a feeling there will not be many leftovers!
I would bring this to a friend’s birthday party to share!
I would love to share the cheesecake with my college roommates and friends who stay behind away from our families for the Easter holiday!! Im sure the sweetness could help dull our pain of not getting to be home with the family for the holiday! 🙂
yup… my boyfriend & I would pop in a good movie, fill up a glass of wine, and eat it for dinner. Maybe invite a few friends to enjoy it with us… errrr maybe not… just looked at the picture again I think my boyfriend and I would make that disappear before the beginning credits are over 🙂 I’d also have to save a slice for my dad because carrot cake is his FAVORITE. he doesn’t like sweets or carrots at all but for some reason he loves carrot cake! weirdo 😉
This looks delicious! It would be great for Easter but I might have to save it for mothers day because my mom loves carrot cake!
Looks so good! Spending Easter at my parents house in Delaware, so this would be a perfect way to round out Easter brunch!
It’d be perfect for next weekend when we are back home for my sister-in-law’s gender reveal party. Most of the family will be around to help eat it!
I guess I would share and take it to Easter dinner, but I would like just a fork and eat it all alone!
I would share this cake with my family…We are all BIG carrot cake fans!
I’d love to bring this carrot cake cheesecake over to our weekly girls night because I know they’d enjoy it just as much as I would!’

Cheesecake + Carrot Cake + Cream cheese icing= the trifecta of my dreams!!
My husband and I sadly won’t be celebrating Easter with family this year, so I’d have to say we’d totally go Chandler and Rachel on that carrot cake cheesecake! 😀
I’d share it with a friend who absolutely loves carrot cake!
I would love to share this with my in laws for Easter!
Haha I love the Friends reference! My husband and I would probably enjoy it with the same style and poise as Rachel and Chandler…
I’d bring it my cousin’s house for Easter, there is no way I could eat this all by myself!!
I would share this yummy carrot cake at the next faculty meeting. What a sweet treat for all my teacher friends!
This cake would really look good on my dessert table Easter Sunday with the family!!!!
I’d like to say I’d bring this home for Easter but I don’t think it’d make the 3 hour trip. I’d eat this in my apt. On the couch. With my girlfriends…..and maybe some wine;)
I’d personally like to enjoy it right now, while sitting on my couch alone hahaha! But I suppose I could be civil and wait until Easter with my husband. 😉
I won’t be able to make it home to my parents house for Easter so I will be spending it with my boyfriend’s family. I would bring this to his family’s celebration and I’m sure it would be a big hit!
I’d like to enjoy this after a long run on Easter weekend with my husband. We never keep baked goods at home but we would totally double fork this cake while sitting on the floor watching movies by candlelight 🙂
yum! Easter with my fam!
I’d love to eat this cheesecake with my family on Easter, but since we are unable to make it this year, I would really be eating it with my husband, probably for lunch and dinner every day until it was gone!
This looks AMAZING!! I would share it with friends for Easter dessert.. if it made it that long in this house of course!
I’d love to share this with my family at Easter celebration!
Carrot cake is my weakness, and seeing it paired with cheesecake is making me DROOL. This would be the PERFECT addition to my family’s Easter celebrations! We, too, always end our meals or any get together with something sweet, and a carrot cake cheesecake on Easter seems very suiting. Fingers crossed!
I admit this cake will sit in my fridge and i will randomly eat forkfuls of the delicious treat!
