I know many of you share my love for Harry & David, so I am excited to bring another giveaway your way today!
Harry & David recently reached out to me about a spring giveaway and I hopped on their website and had no trouble selecting something perfectly sweet that I hope you guys will enjoy.
How delicious does this look?
That, my friends, is Harry & David’s decadent carrot cake speciality cheesecake.
My mother-in-law always has the most indulgent, delicious desserts at her annual Easter brunch, and when I saw this cheesecake it instantly reminded me of wonderful family get-togethers that always seem to end with something sweet.
Having ordered this cheesecake myself before, I can assure you that one bite will have you wanting more! Sandwiched between two layers of carrot cake made with chopped walnuts and spices is Harry & David’s famous New York style cheesecake. The carrot cake cheesecake is made on site and frosted by hand with cream cheese frosting.
One PBF reader will win this carrot cake cheesecake.
To enter this giveaway, simply comment below, telling me when and where you’d like to enjoy this cheesecake.
And it’s totally cool if you’re going to eat it with a fork at home and keep it all to yourself like Chandler and Rachel. I like your style.
I will randomly select a winner on Monday morning.
Good luck!
My friend’s birthday is coming up and he adores cheesecake! This would be perfect 🙂
(Plus way better than anything we could get on a college budget haha)
I am obsessed with carrot cake! My fiancé and I would take it on a picnic and eat the whole 🙂
My parents, brother and sister and I all live in different states so we don’t get to spend lots of holidays together. This year we will all be together for Easter and I would love to celebrate with this delicious looking cake!
I suppose I would share it for easter or something… or eat it off the floor like chandler and rachel…. I love that episode… and when joey finds them and pulls a fork from his jacket. Hahaha
my boyfriend and i are in a long distance relationship and he officially moves back here at the end of this month! his favorite food in the whole world is carrot cake. and this would be a perfect welcome home dessert for him 🙂
Though I’d be tempted to keep it for hubby and myself, I would take it to my Grandma’s. she loves carrot cake and has been a huge help since my surgery, so this would be a sweet way to express thanks!
I would enjoy this with my husband and three kids. We will be celebrating 16 years of marriage on St. Patrick’s Day!!! We were married at 18 in San Antonio, TX! Best day ever!! Still going strong!
My father in law and I love carrot cake, it is our absolute favorite dessert. With Easter coming up and us hosting brunch after church that carrot cake/cheesecake would be the perfect dessert before we head out to hunt Easter eggs with the kids!
I’m having a get together with my friends soon. This would be the perfect treat to bring!
I would enjoy it with my friends who are taking me to the Hard Rock in 2 weeks for my 50th bday. Yum!
What a perfect Easter dessert!!!!!! I’m drooling.
My husband and I would share it in front of the TV…after the kids were in bed, of course!
Hi Julie
My family and I would enjoy this delicious treat on my mothers new apartment balcony looking at the amazing foothills of the Rocky Mountains in Fort Collins Co!
She is 88 years young and is moving from Chicsgo to an independent living apartment after 65 years in the same home. As bittersweet this is, we are certain she will benefit from this move and will be only 3 miles away from me!!!
Share in our celebration Julie and pick us!!!!
My parents’ 30th anniversary is April 16, and they loooove carrot cake–this would be perfect!
I’m obsessed with carrot cake and my bf is obsessed with cheesecake it is like you’ve combined our obsessions into one yummy cake.
Obviously I can’t actually enter this comp as I’m in Australia but I can dream 🙂
Wow! Haven’t seen this combo together! Love both cakes so much! I would probably share it with one of my daughters friends mother, who happens to be a chef by trade, so usually my addition to our get togethers are pretty lame!
We’d be the hero at Easter dinner if we brought this dessert!
I would love to serve this for dessert on Easter with my husband.
I get together with 50+ cousins, aunts, uncles (and whoever else needs a place to celebrate a holiday!) and would love to bring this to Easter lunch!
On Easter with all of my friends!
I would enjoy it for Easter dessert!!
Eating this with my family in lieu of dinner one night would shock & delight them!
Ohhhh yummmm. Carrot cake is my biggest vice! Not sure I even want to win it, since it probably means I would just eat it at home and keep it all to myself 🙂 …but then why am I commenting?
This is the perfect conbo of my two fave things…it would be so hard to share but I think I’d love to have this with my family for Easter dessert! Yum!
Pick me, Pick Me! :}

~Laura
I’d enjoy it as soon as I got my hands on it and with my family!
I would *LOVE* to enjoy this with my sister, niece, nephew, and parents to celebrate Easter! Thanks for sponsoring this great give-away!!
Oh my goodness. I would bring that over to my Mom and Dad’s house to eat with my family..then take back the leftovers (if there are any) and eat the rest Rachel/Chandler style.
My dad loves carrot cake, so I think I’d enjoy at home with him!
Oh the only way to eat cake at home and with a fork!!!!!!
Paul and I will hoard it for ourselves for no special occasion!
I am due to have a baby within a few weeks…I would love it not only to feed the family that will be coming to visit after her birth, but I need a nice little treat, too. I would love to dig into a big old slice of this after labor and delivery! Losing the baby pounds can wait.
Easter Sunday with my family 🙂
I need this sooo bad! Carrot cake is my favorite
I would love to have this at my upcoming baby shower!!
After my 5 kids go to bed, my husband and I will lay in bed and watch friends eating this! Not kidding!!!!! This is his fav too!
The frosting alone has my mouth watering!! I might enjoy this cake immediately–like still in the box–that’s totally okay b/c I’m prego right?! 🙂
No special place to eat it! Just right leave it out and eat it bite by bite throughout the day!!!
I just saw that episode of Friends and have been caving cheesecake ever since. Not to mention that I think I could completely justify digging into this with a fork since it contains carrots 😉
This would be perfect for Easter! We always have my grandparents over… not sure if they like cheesecake, but I sure do!
I would enjoy this cheesecake in a local park that I’ve been meaning to visit, as a celebration of my upcoming birthday weekend. My parents might be in town during that time, so we could have a family picnic in the spring sunshine!
It’s veggies and cheese! So, since it is “health” food, I am going to enjoy it for breakfast after the gym with my husband!!!!
If most likely share it with my roommate and boyfriend, and possibly bring a few slices to my parents as well.
“Wow. My whole mouth just filled with saliva!” I love that episode. That cheesecake looks unreal!
With friends in a birthday party celebration (several of mine have upcoming birthdays!)
Easter with our family would be PERFECT! I want to go make dessert now after looking at this!
I would enjoy this with my husband and little sister! The cream cheese frosting looks amaaaaaze!
My fiancee and I LOVE carrot cake. This would be amazing to serve at our Easter brunch.
