Harry & David Carrot Cake Cheesecake Giveaway

March 16, 2013 by Julie 1,310 Comments

I know many of you share my love for Harry & David, so I am excited to bring another giveaway your way today!

Harry & David recently reached out to me about a spring giveaway and I hopped on their website and had no trouble selecting something perfectly sweet that I hope you guys will enjoy.

How delicious does this look?

Harry & David Carrot Cake Cheesecakes

That, my friends, is Harry & David’s decadent carrot cake speciality cheesecake.

My mother-in-law always has the most indulgent, delicious desserts at her annual Easter brunch, and when I saw this cheesecake it instantly reminded me of wonderful family get-togethers that always seem to end with something sweet.

Having ordered this cheesecake myself before, I can assure you that one bite will have you wanting more! Sandwiched between two layers of carrot cake made with chopped walnuts and spices is Harry & David’s famous New York style cheesecake. The carrot cake cheesecake is made on site and frosted by hand with cream cheese frosting.

One PBF reader will win this carrot cake cheesecake.

To enter this giveaway, simply comment below, telling me when and where you’d like to enjoy this cheesecake.

And it’s totally cool if you’re going to eat it with a fork at home and keep it all to yourself like Chandler and Rachel. I like your style.

I will randomly select a winner on Monday morning.

Good luck!

Be sure to follow PBFingers on Instagram and Facebook!

I'd love to connect with you! I am always so grateful when you let me know you tried one of my recipes or workouts and tag me in your photos or updates. Thank you so much!!!

Yumm!! I would LOVE to try this cake! I love both the cheesecake and carrot cake, and now its combined! Oh man… I’m going to have a hard time just eating one piece! I would love to eat it at Grandma’s house though and share it with my aunt and cousins!

Though I can’t ever picture myself stealing a box of cheesecake from in front of a neighbor’s apartment, I can see myself eating the entire thing in one sitting…that looks amazing!

My real intention though, is to share it with my family as an Easter/Birthday cake surprise. My birthday is actually the Saturday before Easter this year, so I’ll be spending the weekend celebrating two holidays with my family…and carrot cake is my mother’s all-time favorite! A present for mom and some delicious cheesecake for myself and my loved ones – best of both worlds. =)

This is the first year that I will not be home with family for Easter, and I’m struggling to figure out how to still make it special for me and my boyfriend. Having something like this gorgeous carrot cake would help to make it seem a little more like Easter at home, where there’s always a table overflowing with tasty treats to nibble on. What a great giveaway!

During my high school years in California (more than 35 years ago), my closest girlfriends and I would go to the bakery and purchase a pie or cake and grab a bunch of plastic forks and napkins. We would then sit on the park bench and devour the sweet treat and share wonderful memories and hearty laughs. So, I would love to gather those same friends again and enjoy!
