As someone who really enjoys yoga but isn’t very good at yoga, I am a big fan of Bethenny’s Skinnygirl Workout DVD.

The DVD offers two 15-minute workouts and one 20-minute workout, which you can do individually or together, making it perfect for days when you want to sneak in a quick stretch or take a little more time to go through an entire yoga workout. I really like to do the shortest segments after a run for a quick, guided stretch.

    She is stinkin’ hilarious! I recently read an article saying yoga is her go to workout, so I’m sure the DVD is fantastic! Plus I’ve always been jealous of her tiny figure- motivation!

    I would love to win this! I love working out at home, and yoga just isn’t in my “to-dos”. I’ve never felt super comfortable doing it, I always wonder if I’m doing something wrong! This would help me get into yoga 🙂

    I never done yoga before and I’ve been looking for at home yoga workout DVD to add more variations to my workout routine. According to your review, this DVD seems to be a good yoga workout to start! 🙂
