Healthy Holidays Giveaway Week: Day Four

December 6, 2012 by Julie 1,182 Comments

Day four of Healthy Holidays Giveaway Week is here!

Healthy Holidays Giveaway Week

For those of you looking for at-home workout options, today’s giveaway should be right up your alley!

Bethenny’s Skinnygirl Workout DVD

As someone who really enjoys yoga but isn’t very good at yoga, I am a big fan of Bethenny’s Skinnygirl Workout DVD.

Bethenny's Skinnygirl Workout

(You can read my full review of the DVD in this post: Bethenny’s Skinnygirl Workout.)

The DVD offers two 15-minute workouts and one 20-minute workout, which you can do individually or together, making it perfect for days when you want to sneak in a quick stretch or take a little more time to go through an entire yoga workout. I really like to do the shortest segments after a run for a quick, guided stretch.

Skinnygirl Workout

Two PBF readers will win a copy of Bethenny’s Skinnygirl Workout DVD!

To enter this giveaway, simply leave a comment below. I will randomly select two winners on Monday morning.

Good luck!

Be sure to follow PBFingers on Instagram and Facebook!

I'd love to connect with you! I am always so grateful when you let me know you tried one of my recipes or workouts and tag me in your photos or updates. Thank you so much!!!

I would love to try yoga. As a stay at home mom of two young boys, working out at home is the only realistic option for me. I think that Yoga would be a great way to help me relax and release some of the stresses of the day. Thanks so much for the opportunity!

Hey Julie! I have done a few yoga classes but never got into it because I have always felt stupid in classes. I think this DVD would be a good way to get used to the moves and breathing before going to a class.
