As someone who really enjoys yoga but isn’t very good at yoga, I am a big fan of Bethenny’s Skinnygirl Workout DVD.

The DVD offers two 15-minute workouts and one 20-minute workout, which you can do individually or together, making it perfect for days when you want to sneak in a quick stretch or take a little more time to go through an entire yoga workout. I really like to do the shortest segments after a run for a quick, guided stretch.

    I’ve ready about this DVD on several different blogs, and have been interested in trying it ever since! I really need to try to get some more yoga and stretching into my life, and I think this DVD would be the perfect way to do that!

    I’m about to move, and will be without a gym for awhile. I’m always looking for a good DVD that motivates me while I can’t get in a gym session.

    I’ve actually been looking for another yoga dvd to add to my home collection, so this would be great! And I wanted something with shorter time options (currently I only use P90X YogaX and you can only really break it into 50 minutes or 90).

    This dvd would definitely MAKE me stretch after a long run–something that I need to do more often! I may buy it even if I don’t win. I get so impatient with yoga dvds that are longer than 20 minutes

    I just did some yoga this morning! I’m trying to incorporate it at least once a week into my workouts to give my body a little bit of break while still working the muscles. p90x’s yoga is a little too long for me, so I’d love to try this one!

    I have been a little slacker when it comes to the stretching portion of my workouts, which has led me to a very sore body these last couple of weeks. I would love to have her DVDs to help guide me through some stretches and yoga doesn’t sound bad either!

    I would love to try this workout DVD. I like yoga, but I am easily frustrated with the longer sessions. Fifteen-twenty minutes sounds perfect!

    Since I workout at home, I’m always looking for fun new workouts! This would be a great video to add to the rotation. I don’t stretch or practice yoga nearly as often as I should!

    I would love to try this DVD! I have tried the other Skinnygirl yoga DVD and loved how accessible she makes it for people who aren’t as familiar with the terminology and different poses.

    I absolutely LOVE yoga and have been looking for a new yoga routine to use. I’ve had yogalosophy but after a couple of months the same routine gets a little borning. I would love to try the skinnygirl DVD – it seems great!

    I enjoy yoga but find the 1.5 hour P90X workout is to long for me. I would enjoy doing a quick one before my run to help my legs feel not so tight.
