As someone who really enjoys yoga but isn’t very good at yoga, I am a big fan of Bethenny’s Skinnygirl Workout DVD.

The DVD offers two 15-minute workouts and one 20-minute workout, which you can do individually or together, making it perfect for days when you want to sneak in a quick stretch or take a little more time to go through an entire yoga workout. I really like to do the shortest segments after a run for a quick, guided stretch.

    OMG! Bethenny is my IDOL! I have been a fan of hers since she was on the real housewives of nyc. Her Skinnygirl products are just making their way to Canada and I would LOVE to try this one. I am also not good at yoga and get quite intimidated during classes at the gym!

    Oh I would LOVE this!! I really enjoy workout DVDs, especially during the winter months when I find it increasingly difficult to do any kind of outdoor workout, and early morning gym time seems like such a nightmare. It’s super easy to pop in the DVD and go through a great workout before my body fully realizes what’s even going on!

    I love bethanny for her honesty and humor and all of her skinny girl products! I always struggle in fitting in one to stretch after my daily morning workouts and Bethany’s DVD would provide me with a guided stretching session:)

    Until recently, I have always had a gym membership, but now I am going to try to save some monies and just run outside and do some free weights and other exercises at home. This video would be a great way to switch up my one routine I do at home

    I feel like I’ve done a good job of integrating cardio and strength (Body Pump!) into my workout routine; now I want to try adding in yoga, and Bethenny’s DVD would be a great way to do this!
