As someone who really enjoys yoga but isn’t very good at yoga, I am a big fan of Bethenny’s Skinnygirl Workout DVD.

The DVD offers two 15-minute workouts and one 20-minute workout, which you can do individually or together, making it perfect for days when you want to sneak in a quick stretch or take a little more time to go through an entire yoga workout. I really like to do the shortest segments after a run for a quick, guided stretch.

    I have never gone beyond running in my neighborhood as far as at home workouts. This would be a nice change 🙂

    I have been told I should start doing yoga to complement my running, but like you I am not good at actually doing yoga. I think this DVD would be right up my alley! 🙂

    Yoga and stretching are so important to do after strenuous workouts. What better way to get your muscles stretched and recovered than with a short yoga cool-down? I am always looking for good stretch DVDs to try and I like that this one segments them into shorter workouts – perfect for after a run!

    Oh, this looks great! I, too, like to do yoga after running. Currently, I use yogajournal.com, but sometimes those are a bit too long (30 minutes), and I’m also getting bored with them. This would be great to mix it up!

    Would love to have this DVD, I love feeling so loose and stretched out after a yoga sess!! 🙂 Unfortunately, being a university student doesn’t leave much extra money to spend on yoga classes…

    i’m an avid at-home workout girl! i’m addicted to my workout dvds especially when it’s too cold/dark to run in the mornings, so having another one in the mix would be a nice change— especially with the days only getting darker and colder 🙂
