When Lauren, the sweet owner of LaMaLu Boutique reached out to me about a giveaway, I took a quick glance at her website and knew it would be a great fit. Lauren launched LaMaLu Boutique in 2013. She hand-picks every item and founded her boutique on the belief that you shouldn’t have to pay expensive boutique prices to look great. Nothing in her boutique is more than $50!
Lauren let me pick out two items from her boutique to showcase on the blog and I selected the Bow Down Dress ($40) and the Ellison Ivory Button Tank ($24).
The dress is so comfy! It honestly feels like I am wearing pajamas whenever I wear this dress and I’ve loved it for running around town and casual dinner or lunch dates. (I actually wore it to meet with our realtor and a contractor last night!)
My favorite parts of the dress include the adorable bow detailing on the back and the rich navy color.
The top I chose is incredibly light and breezy. It’s a little too short to wear if it’s not tucked into something (I have a ridiculously long torso), but I think it looks really cute paired with a maxi skirt that cinches at the waist.
If you wanted to show a little leg, I think it would look great with an Aztec-print mini skirt, too!
