Nice Sausage

October 25, 2010 by Julie 26 Comments

italian sausage 012 Well that’s one heck of a good lookin’ sausage, if I do say so myself. 😉italian sausage 006

Tonight’s dinner came together in a flash thanks to the leftover Italian sausage we had on hand from Sunday’s lunch. italian sausage 015I enjoyed my Italian sausage on a Whitewheat hot dog bun and served it alongside roasted cauliflower and broccoli florets seasoned with a bit of olive oil and garlic salt. italian sausage 010I also ate nearly half a jar of sweet pickles. I popped open the jar and went to town. Love ‘em!

Now I’m off to finish up some laundry. I swear if I didn’t work out, I’d have half the amount of laundry to do. Stupid sweaty clothes!

I’m also feelin’ banana Greek yogurt custard and see some of that creamy goodness in my future.

Lata!

I’ve always had a thing about sausage. especially hot dogs. one bite of those and I’m done for the day. They disgust me. However Costco’s polish doggies! those are a complete other story. Your dinner does look fine i do say!

I was just telling my friend the other night after our body pumping (I just wrote “pumpkin”) class that I wish I had 15 different workout clothes so I would only have to do laundry every 2-3 weeks.
