Pink Dress

March 4, 2011 by Julie 22 Comments

Pink Dress

  • Dress: Max and Cleo (via BCBG Last Call which is basically BCBG Outlet’s Outlet… Ridiculously cheap prices! This dress was originally $250++ and I got it for less than $40. Orlando folks, this store is located in the Festival Bay Mall… aka the most deserted and creepy place on earth. You should go! 😉 )
  • Cognac pumps: Jessica Simpson
  • Gold leaf bracelet: It was my grandma Nana’s
  • Silver and gold bracelet: Gift from my grandma Mimi
  • Gold necklace: Banana Republic (Outlet)

I am in love with your gold leaf bracelet. It’s especially wonderful because it has a story behind it! (My favorite piece of jewelry to wear is a ring that was my Grandmother’s wedding/engagement ring that she left to me.)

Adorable dress! And yay for the picture in the yard! I love it.

Festival Bay is creepy, isn’t it? It’s like Van’s Skate Park, Hot Topic, and a cowboy store. 🙂 It couild be cool if more stuff opened up.

How much do you normally spend on clothes? You seem to have lots of nice designer stuff! I never seem to find stuff I like in outlets and anything I absolutely love is always full price!

a month? i’m not really sure! it varies depending on whether i have something special coming up or whether i feel like i should be saving more $$ than usual. i’m very lucky in that i live so close to a bunch of amazing outlet stores. it saves me a TON of money… the prices are often 50% lower than retail stores.

I love how bold yet complimentary the color of the dress is. Are there certain colors that you tend to stay away from clothes-wise? I can hardly ever pull off yellow because I’m so pasty pale.

Yes definitely! I really don’t like how I look in light purple… or most any purple for that matter!
