Sadie is Officially Nuts

July 21, 2010 by Julie 27 Comments

Sockeye salmon was on sale at the grocery store this week so you know we had to nab a large filet to enjoy!

Seasoned Sockeye Salmon

I made the fish by placing it on a cookie sheet lined with foil and sprayed with cooking spray. After spraying the fish with cooking spray and seasoning it with a mixture of lemon, thyme, basil and salt, I broiled it in the oven until the fish flaked with a fork.

My Plate

Ryan and I opted for fresh veggies on the side in the form of purple and red pepper and cucumber slices.

Peppa!

I can’t believe I was intimidated by fish for so long. It’s so darn easy to make!

Sadie is on Twitter

I’ve always said Sadie is a total nut job and today she once again proved me right.

Sadie went and started up her own Twitter.

Follow Me to Freedom!!!

If she wasn’t so darn cute I wouldn’t encourage you to follow her because her first tweet wasn’t exactly singing my praises.

"Yeah, I said it. So what!?"

If you’d like to follow Sadie on Twitter, click here. I have a feeling you’ll be seeing a lot of updates about the really big sticks she sees on her walks, the lizard that got away and how much better people food is than dog food.

She’s insane. Don’t say I didn’t warn you. 🙂

Be sure to follow PBFingers on Instagram and Facebook!

I'd love to connect with you! I am always so grateful when you let me know you tried one of my recipes or workouts and tag me in your photos or updates. Thank you so much!!!

Ahhhh…. Sadie is so cute – I love the baseball picture! My dog would say the same thing about the straightener since I’ve done that a couple times.

Your fish always comes out looking amazing! I’m intimidated by fish since my mom never made it while I was growing up. I have to give it a try though if you say it’s so easy!

Yum! My grocery store was running a similar deal this week and I picked up some on Monday night. I love salmon and it’s such a great source of Omega-3s!

Your fur baby is adorable; my husband and I are thinking of getting a dog soon!

Aw Sadie is such a cutie! I used to work at a vet, and their was a dog named Annabella that boarded with us quite a bit and she looked just like Sadie! It was so cute whenever she would come her owner would bring a huge bag with her that had Annabella’s pink diva blanket, rhinestone dog bowl, gourmet dog cupcakes and all this other crazy stuff..way over the top but so precious!

Oh my gosh, I love it! I’ve thought of creating a Twitter for my dog too. My hubby and I always make up things that Diesel is “saying” and give him a voice when he does things or looks at us funny. Ya never know, dog’s having a Twiiter could be the next big thing! I’m totally going to follow Sadie! 🙂

I had the same fish revelation last week! It’s SO easy…and fast! and delicious…I don’t know why I was afraid of fish for so long…maybe because some of it is slimy?
