Stonyfield + Blendtec Giveaway

February 15, 2013 by Julie 4,552 Comments

Today I have the most amazing giveaway for you guys! It’s easily one of the most valuable giveaways I’ve ever hosted on this blog and I have a feeling you guys will be psyched!

Anyone need a new blender?

Blendtec

As I am sure you can see, this is not your typical run-of-the-mill blender. It’s a Blendtec blender, valued at $455!

This fancy blender is high-powered (1560 watts) and laughs in the face of ice and rock-hard frozen fruit. (It actually comes with an ice-crushing guarantee, which I found humorous.) For those of you who can never seem to make a smooth smoothie, that shouldn’t be a problem with this bad boy.

Vanilla Coconut Smoothie

The Blendtec is high-powered enough to be used as a food processor and easily blends nuts into creamy nut butter! You can use it to make soup, milkshakes, dips, marinades, pesto, jam, mousse and more.

As you can see below, the buttons on the front of the Blendtec make it easy to understand which setting to choose to properly blend whatever delicious foods or liquids you’ve placed in the blender.

Blendtec Blender

This giveaway is sponsored by the awesome people at Stonyfield and when they reached out to me about this giveaway, I couldn’t jump on board fast enough.

Stonyfields Blends

One PBF reader will receive a Blendtec blender and a bunch of delicious Stonyfield Blends organic yogurt! The French vanilla yogurt is my favorite and is a fantastic base for creamy fruit smoothies. And I highly recommend sticking the strawberry banana yogurt in the freezer for an hour or so like I did one day because it makes one heck of a yummy, dessert-like snack!

  • Tweet some variation of the following: “Hoping to win a @Blendtec blender & #StonyfieldBlends yogurt from @PBFingers: http://ow.ly/hKoaS”
  • Like Stonyfield on Facebook
  • Sign up for the Blendtec Recipe of the Week

Please be sure to leave a separate comment on this post for each additional giveaway entry you do so I can be sure to make it count!

Good luck!

Because I have a $25 blender and recently started making my own almond milk….and lets just say it sometimes starts to leak out of the top. Blender FAIL!

I have a Magic Bullet right now, I like it for the convenience factor of the pitcher doubling as a cup, and there is way less clean-up involved! BUT, it doesn’t do too hot with frozen fruits/ice. This morning it took me about 10 minutes to blend my smoothie because I used a frozen banana. Definitely NOT convenient! The Blendtec would be a HUGE UPGRADE! 🙂

I would love to be able to sneak more veggies in my diet in a smoothie.. my smoothie now leaves things rather chunky, and as a texture gal it’s less than ideal 🙂

Goodbye old blender, and thanks for the memories. The berry smoothies, the aromatic pestos, the cauliflower curry soups. All so divine. But now, such a struggle. Your youth and energy gone. Replaced by age and fatigue. How you hack and cough and sputter. And dread the ice crush button. Time to let you go, my friend. You’ve done your work. Now rest.

I would absolutely LOVE to win this blender! After purchasing a 20 dollar blender which barely works and smells funny within 10 seconds of using it, I wanted to start saving up for a legit blender. I think this giveaway is so awesome and it would definitely save me tons of money if I won! Thanks Julie!
