Stonyfield + Blendtec Giveaway

February 15, 2013 by Julie 4,552 Comments

Today I have the most amazing giveaway for you guys! It’s easily one of the most valuable giveaways I’ve ever hosted on this blog and I have a feeling you guys will be psyched!

Anyone need a new blender?

Blendtec

As I am sure you can see, this is not your typical run-of-the-mill blender. It’s a Blendtec blender, valued at $455!

This fancy blender is high-powered (1560 watts) and laughs in the face of ice and rock-hard frozen fruit. (It actually comes with an ice-crushing guarantee, which I found humorous.) For those of you who can never seem to make a smooth smoothie, that shouldn’t be a problem with this bad boy.

Vanilla Coconut Smoothie

The Blendtec is high-powered enough to be used as a food processor and easily blends nuts into creamy nut butter! You can use it to make soup, milkshakes, dips, marinades, pesto, jam, mousse and more.

As you can see below, the buttons on the front of the Blendtec make it easy to understand which setting to choose to properly blend whatever delicious foods or liquids you’ve placed in the blender.

Blendtec Blender

This giveaway is sponsored by the awesome people at Stonyfield and when they reached out to me about this giveaway, I couldn’t jump on board fast enough.

Stonyfields Blends

One PBF reader will receive a Blendtec blender and a bunch of delicious Stonyfield Blends organic yogurt! The French vanilla yogurt is my favorite and is a fantastic base for creamy fruit smoothies. And I highly recommend sticking the strawberry banana yogurt in the freezer for an hour or so like I did one day because it makes one heck of a yummy, dessert-like snack!

  • Like Stonyfield on Facebook
  • Sign up for the Blendtec Recipe of the Week

Please be sure to leave a separate comment on this post for each additional giveaway entry you do so I can be sure to make it count!

Good luck!

I would LOVE this blender! I am a huge smoothie fanatic and have been experimenting with heartier smoothies to make for breakfast and lunch. Unfortunately I’ve broken 2 of my blenders, because they just can’t blend the ice! One of my favorite recipes requires frozen bananas, berries, peanut butter, ice, and oats. All of these tough ingredients must’ve kicked my blenders butt!

Yogurt is always eaten sometime through my day and lord knows my current blender (which can barely cut through frozen fruit…) would be tossed in a second if I got this baby!

I found it funny that as I was sitting down to read this post I was sipping on a “smoothie” I made in my magic bullet, only to find a huge chunk of ice on the bottom that never made its way into the blend! Couldn’t be happier to see Blendtec’s ice crushing guarantee, which is apparently what I’m in need of! 🙂

I would love to win this blender because I make a smoothie with yogurt everyday for breakfast. It would be great to try Stonyfield’s flavors and actually make a SMOOTH smoothie (my current one is less than stellar)

I want to win because my smoothies never come out perfectly smooth! I was following a recipe the other day for one that was supposed to turn out bright-bright-bright green, and it ended up mostly white with some green flecks! 🙁

I’m obsessed with smoothies and have always wanted to have a blender that actually blended but the most mine has ever managed to do is stir slightly and smoke. I would be ecstatic to have this blender where I could try a green smoothie for once! Stonyfield yogurt sounds delicious; wonder if they offer it in Canada?
