Stonyfield + Blendtec Giveaway

February 15, 2013 by Julie 4,552 Comments

Today I have the most amazing giveaway for you guys! It’s easily one of the most valuable giveaways I’ve ever hosted on this blog and I have a feeling you guys will be psyched!

Anyone need a new blender?

Blendtec

As I am sure you can see, this is not your typical run-of-the-mill blender. It’s a Blendtec blender, valued at $455!

This fancy blender is high-powered (1560 watts) and laughs in the face of ice and rock-hard frozen fruit. (It actually comes with an ice-crushing guarantee, which I found humorous.) For those of you who can never seem to make a smooth smoothie, that shouldn’t be a problem with this bad boy.

Vanilla Coconut Smoothie

The Blendtec is high-powered enough to be used as a food processor and easily blends nuts into creamy nut butter! You can use it to make soup, milkshakes, dips, marinades, pesto, jam, mousse and more.

As you can see below, the buttons on the front of the Blendtec make it easy to understand which setting to choose to properly blend whatever delicious foods or liquids you’ve placed in the blender.

Blendtec Blender

This giveaway is sponsored by the awesome people at Stonyfield and when they reached out to me about this giveaway, I couldn’t jump on board fast enough.

Stonyfields Blends

One PBF reader will receive a Blendtec blender and a bunch of delicious Stonyfield Blends organic yogurt! The French vanilla yogurt is my favorite and is a fantastic base for creamy fruit smoothies. And I highly recommend sticking the strawberry banana yogurt in the freezer for an hour or so like I did one day because it makes one heck of a yummy, dessert-like snack!

Please be sure to leave a separate comment on this post for each additional giveaway entry you do so I can be sure to make it count!

My blender doesn’t blend very well, it just seems to rotate stuff around really quickly. Also, yogurt is my go-to snack anytime of day!

I would love to win the Blendtec blender because I’m in grad school, living at home with my parents, and our blender is the one they received as a wedding present 29 years ago! Our blender has approx. 20 parts and one flip switch and seems to enjoy chunks!

I’ve always wanted either a vitamix or blendtec blender. My current blender isn’t going to last much longer :/ I would definitely use stonyfield yogurt for smoothies, or to make overnight oats 🙂 The strawberry banana one sounds yummy!

Hey Julie! I would LOVE to win this blender because I am somewhat knew to the smoothie world and am already a HUGE fan!! I struggled with an aggressive eating disorder for 15 years and am currently in recovery. I have finally found smoothies as a comfortable food for me and would love this blender to help kick-start my recovery!

I would really like to win this blender because right now I’m in college and all I can afford is the $16 Hamilton beach blender, which is great but it gets stuck so often and I can always smell the plastic over-heating 🙁 Smoothies make me feel healthy and happy in the mornings and keep me fueled up!

I would absolutely LOVE to win this blender because ever since my parents bought one, I haven’t been able to drink another protein shake without comparing it to the ones I made with my parents’ BlendTec. I use a magic bullet now because its small enough to fit on my crowded NYC apartment kitchen counter, but it constantly leaks and never completely blends everything together (who wants huge chunks of spinach in their chocolate strawberry protein shakes?!). I’m moving into a new apartment (thank goodness!) with more kitchen counter space and this would be the perfect apartment-warming gift!

I would love to win this Blendtec because every time I make a smoothie in my current (cheap) blender I have to put ice cubes in a gallon ziplock bag and beat them with a hammer on the floor to break them up before blending, or else I have terrible ice chunks! Let’s just say neither I or my dog appreciate this loud process! Plus I would like to try your banana honey “milkshake” smoothie recipe that I found today on your blog : )
