To and Fro

October 8, 2013 by Julie 29 Comments

“To and fro, stop and go, that’s what makes the world go ‘round…”

I’ve had that song from The Sword and the Stone in my head all day because I feel like I’ve been driving to and fro(m) the gym all day! First, I was there a little after 5 a.m. for my leg workout and then I returned again for work and teaching and I’m about to go back as soon as this post is published for some evening fitness assessments. Lots of back and forth today!

Lunch

As for today’s lunch, leftovers made it a no-brainer.

meatball casserole (2)

I reheated a serving of lightened up meatball casserole once I arrived home after teaching water fitness.

I made the casserole on Sunday since it was such a hit in our house a few weeks ago and it was the perfect midday meal.

I wanted a little something sweet once I was done eating and topped a cup of key lime pie Greek yogurt with walnuts and crushed graham crackers.

key lime chobani

Sweet tooth = Satisfied!

Back to work!

The first line of your post made my day–The Sword in the Stone is so rarely referenced, and it is my favorite Disney movie! 🙂

Okay, now I have to try and find the Sword and the Stone to watch. I probably haven’t seen that movie in 15 years! And I STILL cannot find the keylime chobani! Keeping my eyes peeled!

I knew I recognized that line from somewhere! 😉 I’ve been super busy too- school, tutoring a 2nd grader, laundry, psych lab…. I took a rest day today though, so that helped out at least a little! That lunch looks sooo delicious!

Have you (or any of you other key lime fans) had the Chobani Flip in Key Lime Crumble? It’s delish! It’s a large side of key lime yogurt with a small side of graham cracker crumbles and mini white chocolate chips that you “flip” over into the yogurt. It’s a perfect sweet treat! I highly recommend it! 🙂
