March 12, 2014 by Julie 37 Comments

Another workout roundup post is coming your way today!

After sharing a collection of leg workouts back in February, it’s time share a bunch of my favorite upper body workouts that you’ve seen on PBF over the past few years.

There’s a combination of strength and circuit-style upper body workouts. I hope you like them!

Wow Julie, you are truly the workout queen! And Picmonkey queen too. 😉 I’m not sure if you’ve mentioned this before…but what’s your favorite upper body muscle group to work out?

I need all of these! Half the time I think I’m going to work out my arms, I end up doing abs or legs instead because I like it better. I need to tone those suckers up, though!

It might be a stupid question but I was wondering if you did the whole circuits 3 times or if you did each set 3 times before moving to the next set? Does it make sense?
