Health Warrior Chia Bars Giveaway

If you are a chia seed lover like me, I have a feeling you will be a big fan of today’s giveaway!

Health Warrior Chia Bars

Early this week, the folks at Health Warrior sent me a small sampling of their chia bars. I was excited to try them because now that I am working at the gym, I am always on the lookout for convenient, healthy snacks that I can eat on the go.

As I blogged about on Monday, I am trying my best to make healthy snacking decisions rather than grabbing whatever unhealthy fare can be found in the break room, and these bars are small, portable and make the perfect snack for me to enjoy right before I teach a group exercise class.

Chia Bars

I want something that will give me energy without weighing me down and the Health Warrior Chia Bars totally fit the bill! They are chewy, slightly sweet and very tasty. I’ve already ordered a large pack of the coconut flavor off Amazon!

The bars also come in chocolate peanut butter and acai berry. Yum!

Health Warrior Chia Bars are all-natural, vegan, low in sugar, dairy- and soy-free and clock in at around 100 calories each, with 1000 mg Omega 3’s and four grams of fiber. You can also find out more about them on Facebook and Twitter.

    THOSE LOOK AWESOME! I absolutely looooove any sort of snack I can eat in “bar” form because they are so easy, but usually find that most granola bars are not that great for you. SO high in sugar and fake ingredients! I am dying to try the coconut bar, but the PB and chocolate one also looks pretty darn good 🙂

    I choose coconut – I think it would be a great combination with the nutty texture of the bar. I love that it’s lower in calories than other bars, by the way. So many energy bars have higher fat and calories, which is great if I’m hiking all day, but too much for a quick pick me up.

    Can’t wait to try coconut! I’ve been making my green smoothies with unsweetened coconut flakes lately, such a good addition. I might suggest to my local vegan cafe to carry these bars

    I would love to try chocolate peanut butter. I’m always looking for something sweet to have with/after my lunch when I’m at work during the week. This would be much healthier than reeses 😉

    Since Thailand last year, I have been obsessed with all things coconut (food and smell alike), so my pick would have to be the coconut flavor! Love chia!
