Health Warrior Chia Bars Giveaway

July 17, 2013 by Julie 2,204 Comments

If you are a chia seed lover like me, I have a feeling you will be a big fan of today’s giveaway!

Health Warrior Chia Bars

Early this week, the folks at Health Warrior sent me a small sampling of their chia bars. I was excited to try them because now that I am working at the gym, I am always on the lookout for convenient, healthy snacks that I can eat on the go.

As I blogged about on Monday, I am trying my best to make healthy snacking decisions rather than grabbing whatever unhealthy fare can be found in the break room, and these bars are small, portable and make the perfect snack for me to enjoy right before I teach a group exercise class.

Chia Bars

I want something that will give me energy without weighing me down and the Health Warrior Chia Bars totally fit the bill! They are chewy, slightly sweet and very tasty. I’ve already ordered a large pack of the coconut flavor off Amazon!

The coconut is definitely my favorite!

The bars also come in chocolate peanut butter and acai berry. Yum!

Health Warrior Chia Bars are all-natural, vegan, low in sugar, dairy- and soy-free and clock in at around 100 calories each, with 1000 mg Omega 3’s and four grams of fiber. You can also find out more about them on Facebook and Twitter.

And now here’s your chance to win a sample of your own!

Five PBF readers will win a prize pack from Health Warrior Chia Bars.

To enter this giveaway, simply comment below, telling me which flavor you’re most excited to try: Chocolate peanut butter, coconut or acai berry.

I will randomly select a winner on Friday.

Good luck!

    Hi Everyone,

Julie sorry for taking over your blog like this…but I need some help that can only come from the blog world. My boyfriend’s sister just found out today that she is in remission from cancer 🙂 ! She can officially say she beat it! Anyways I want to do something special for her and was thinking a handmade necklace from etsy with today’s date and a little charm or something would be cute. Here’s where I need your help (from all of you lovely individuals) I’ve been searching etsy and finding it very overwhelming. Anyone have any suggestions for an Etsy vendor who could help me with my idea? Please email me if you do sarahj.rabb@gmail.com

Thanks a bunch and sorry Julie. Just figured this would be the best way to get advice!

The chocolate peanut butter sounds awesome – that’s a winning combination any day in my book! I’ve only recently been introduced to chia seeds and I’m liking them so far. I especially like the nutritional facts of these bars and the fact that they aren’t too sweet.
