Health Warrior Chia Bars Giveaway

If you are a chia seed lover like me, I have a feeling you will be a big fan of today’s giveaway!

Health Warrior Chia Bars

Early this week, the folks at Health Warrior sent me a small sampling of their chia bars. I was excited to try them because now that I am working at the gym, I am always on the lookout for convenient, healthy snacks that I can eat on the go.

As I blogged about on Monday, I am trying my best to make healthy snacking decisions rather than grabbing whatever unhealthy fare can be found in the break room, and these bars are small, portable and make the perfect snack for me to enjoy right before I teach a group exercise class.

I want something that will give me energy without weighing me down and the Health Warrior Chia Bars totally fit the bill! They are chewy, slightly sweet and very tasty. I’ve already ordered a large pack of the coconut flavor off Amazon!

The bars also come in chocolate peanut butter and acai berry. Yum!

Health Warrior Chia Bars are all-natural, vegan, low in sugar, dairy- and soy-free and clock in at around 100 calories each, with 1000 mg Omega 3’s and four grams of fiber. You can also find out more about them on Facebook and Twitter.

    Well since you recommend the coconut and I am a HUGE coconut fan, I think I would be most excited to try the coconut, but I would probably like the chocolate peanut butter too 🙂

    This posting has inspired me! I haven’t tried anything with chia seeds and that is def the newest trend I’m seeing. By far chocolate peanut butter is what I am most excited for!

    I’m loving all things coconut right now. Would love to try it. However all the flavors sound amazing. Chia seeds are a new product for me, but ever since I broke down and bought some, I’ve used them everyday 🙂

    I have been craving coconut like crazy this month! It reminds me of being somewhere warm and tropical – so it is a perfect summer flavor.

    ummm YUM! choc and PB is the ultimate combination. I’ve struggled to find a good protein or snack bar after workout, so I just started making my own as well as a variation of “Paleo Crunch”. However, I’m always willing to try new suggestions from other fitness gurus!! 🙂

    I work in surgery all day and I’m always looking to find a quick snack I can grab between cases! It’s difficult to find time to eat and there isn’t always a fridge around, so snacks like these are perfect! I would love to try the chocolate & pb flavor. I am a huge PB lover like you and I bet they’re great 🙂
