Health Warrior Chia Bars Giveaway

If you are a chia seed lover like me, I have a feeling you will be a big fan of today’s giveaway!

Health Warrior Chia Bars

Early this week, the folks at Health Warrior sent me a small sampling of their chia bars. I was excited to try them because now that I am working at the gym, I am always on the lookout for convenient, healthy snacks that I can eat on the go.

As I blogged about on Monday, I am trying my best to make healthy snacking decisions rather than grabbing whatever unhealthy fare can be found in the break room, and these bars are small, portable and make the perfect snack for me to enjoy right before I teach a group exercise class.

Chia Bars

I want something that will give me energy without weighing me down and the Health Warrior Chia Bars totally fit the bill! They are chewy, slightly sweet and very tasty. I’ve already ordered a large pack of the coconut flavor off Amazon!

The bars also come in chocolate peanut butter and acai berry. Yum!

Health Warrior Chia Bars are all-natural, vegan, low in sugar, dairy- and soy-free and clock in at around 100 calories each, with 1000 mg Omega 3’s and four grams of fiber. You can also find out more about them on Facebook and Twitter.

    I am most excited to try the coconut one! There is nothing better than coconut with this hot summer and I have been on a huge kick of coconut milk and summer stews. A coconut flavored healthy snack bar sounds like the perfect addition to my coconut addiction!

    I always like to try other people’s favorites, so I definitely want to try the coconut, but I have a SERIOUS peanut butter addiction (it’s kind of serious, all my friends know and I carry a container of it in my purse at all times…) so I’d love to try the chocolate PB!

    Coconut! I work with kids so I’m always looking for a mid afternoon pick me up, especially if I go to the gym after work. And I can’t eat dairy so these would be so great!

    I think I might bite the peanut butter chocolate and the coconut together and make it like a layer bar. Do sort of a half and half and with only 3 points per bar this is a great snack for me while I try to stick to my new workouts and healthy eating routine.
