Health Warrior Chia Bars Giveaway

July 17, 2013 by Julie 2,204 Comments

If you are a chia seed lover like me, I have a feeling you will be a big fan of today’s giveaway!

Health Warrior Chia Bars

Early this week, the folks at Health Warrior sent me a small sampling of their chia bars. I was excited to try them because now that I am working at the gym, I am always on the lookout for convenient, healthy snacks that I can eat on the go.

As I blogged about on Monday, I am trying my best to make healthy snacking decisions rather than grabbing whatever unhealthy fare can be found in the break room, and these bars are small, portable and make the perfect snack for me to enjoy right before I teach a group exercise class.

Chia Bars

I want something that will give me energy without weighing me down and the Health Warrior Chia Bars totally fit the bill! They are chewy, slightly sweet and very tasty. I’ve already ordered a large pack of the coconut flavor off Amazon!

The coconut is definitely my favorite!

The bars also come in chocolate peanut butter and acai berry. Yum!

Health Warrior Chia Bars are all-natural, vegan, low in sugar, dairy- and soy-free and clock in at around 100 calories each, with 1000 mg Omega 3’s and four grams of fiber. You can also find out more about them on Facebook and Twitter.

And now here’s your chance to win a sample of your own!

Five PBF readers will win a prize pack from Health Warrior Chia Bars.

To enter this giveaway, simply comment below, telling me which flavor you’re most excited to try: Chocolate peanut butter, coconut or acai berry.

I will randomly select a winner on Friday.

Good luck!

I’ve always wanted to try an acai bowl, but I still haven’t gotten the chance since they’re hard to find. So trying the acai berry chia bar would be a great start! Ever since I discovered overnight oats, I’m hooked on chia seeds 🙂

I just relocated and moved from colorado to idaho– this definitely put my workout and healthy habits in a rut and made me take a couple steps backwards. Now that I’m settling in I am back on track and looking for new healthy snacks that will keep things exciting. I would LOVE the coconut.

Hi Julie, I’m pretty excited about your Chia Bar Giveaway! All of the flavors sound amazing but I’d have to say that the acai berry bar has caught my interest. I’ve actually never tried anything acai berry related, all that I know is that it’s considered an awesome superfood because it’s full of helpful antioxidants. My husband and I actually have a baby on the way and just like you, we’ve been looking for healthier/more convenient snacking options. These chia bars seem pretty amazing! Take care and keep up the hard work!
