Health Warrior Chia Bars Giveaway

If you are a chia seed lover like me, I have a feeling you will be a big fan of today’s giveaway!

Health Warrior Chia Bars

Early this week, the folks at Health Warrior sent me a small sampling of their chia bars. I was excited to try them because now that I am working at the gym, I am always on the lookout for convenient, healthy snacks that I can eat on the go.

As I blogged about on Monday, I am trying my best to make healthy snacking decisions rather than grabbing whatever unhealthy fare can be found in the break room, and these bars are small, portable and make the perfect snack for me to enjoy right before I teach a group exercise class.

Chia Bars

I want something that will give me energy without weighing me down and the Health Warrior Chia Bars totally fit the bill! They are chewy, slightly sweet and very tasty. I’ve already ordered a large pack of the coconut flavor off Amazon!

The bars also come in chocolate peanut butter and acai berry. Yum!

Health Warrior Chia Bars are all-natural, vegan, low in sugar, dairy- and soy-free and clock in at around 100 calories each, with 1000 mg Omega 3’s and four grams of fiber. You can also find out more about them on Facebook and Twitter.

    I would LOVE to try the coconut. I am a first year Special Education teacher and am looking for healthy snacks that will fit my active schedule. I will be in and out of classrooms all day, so I think those would be perfect!!

    Chocolate PB. Since reading your blog and your use of chia seeds I have purchased some. I like to sprinkle them on many foods as well as put them in my water bottle. I like how they expand in the water. It is kind of weird but I like the consistency of the seeds while drinking the water. Thanks.

    I would be most excited to try the Acai Berry flavor! Lots of other nutrition bars come in coconut or chocolate peanut butter flavors, but I don’t believe I’ve ever come across an Acai Berry flavored treat just yet!

    I would go nuts if I could try the coconut flavor! Coconut definitely is my favorite sweet treat. The chocolate PB was a close second though, because who doesn’t love that combination? I’d love to try some of these. You always post such tasty, healthy treats I need to get my hands on! 🙂
