Health Warrior Chia Bars Giveaway

If you are a chia seed lover like me, I have a feeling you will be a big fan of today’s giveaway!

Health Warrior Chia Bars

Early this week, the folks at Health Warrior sent me a small sampling of their chia bars. I was excited to try them because now that I am working at the gym, I am always on the lookout for convenient, healthy snacks that I can eat on the go.

As I blogged about on Monday, I am trying my best to make healthy snacking decisions rather than grabbing whatever unhealthy fare can be found in the break room, and these bars are small, portable and make the perfect snack for me to enjoy right before I teach a group exercise class.

I want something that will give me energy without weighing me down and the Health Warrior Chia Bars totally fit the bill! They are chewy, slightly sweet and very tasty. I’ve already ordered a large pack of the coconut flavor off Amazon!

The bars also come in chocolate peanut butter and acai berry. Yum!

Health Warrior Chia Bars are all-natural, vegan, low in sugar, dairy- and soy-free and clock in at around 100 calories each, with 1000 mg Omega 3’s and four grams of fiber. You can also find out more about them on Facebook and Twitter.

    The coconut for sure! The coconut Lara Bar is my favorite, and the Zone Simple Coconut bar is my fav of that type of bar too, coconut flavor is obviously a winner!

    I would love to try either the Chocolate peanut butter or coconut!! What a fabolous low cal snack!! I’m always lookin for healthy snacks as I tend to crave sugar while I’m at work and inhealthy options are always around!

    The chocolate peanut butter has me pretty excited. I am new to all the different bars out there and I’m trying to find the perfect one. I tend to go with anything that has chocolate or peanut butter. I mean really anything with those ingredient’s in them have to be fantastic. One of the main reasons I am trying to find that perfect one is because I work at a desk allllll day and really need to find something that will give me that energy and keep me full so I am not tempted to all those yummy (unhealthy) treats that come my way every day 🙂

    I want to try any of them but my preference would be the coconut. I am also trying to find good portable snacks for pre work outs. With so many options of there picking one is so hard!

    Coconut sounds very tasty, especially for summer! I also have to say, I’m surprised to hear that even the break room at the gym has unhealthy snacks….there’s just no escaping them!

    I have recently become a fan of chia seeds and have really promoted them out to friends to put in yogurt, etc! I am alway looking for new healthy snack ideas myself and these sound delicious! Would love to try them! Especially the chocolate peanut butter or Acai berries! Yum!

    I would definitely love to try the coconut! All of the coconut Kind bars are my favorite and I love chia seeds, so it seems like the best of both worlds.

    I would LOVE to try the Chocolate peanut butter flavor! I just became a personal trainer as well and am on the hunt for healthy snack options that are easily accessible during my long days at the gym and nights spent studying 🙂
