Physique 57 Giveaway

January 28, 2012 by Julie 906 Comments

Good morning from New York City!

This morning I have plans to attend my first Physique 57 class in New York with my friends Merri and Ashley. We’re pumped and intimidated and I hope I can walk tomorrow!

P57 No NY REGISTERED

While I’m busting my booty, I thought you guys might be interested in entering a giveaway that the kind people at Physique 57 are offering to one PBF reader!

This giveaway is for one copy of the new Physique 57 book, The Physique 57 Solution: The Groundbreaking 2-Week Plan for a Lean, Beautiful Body.

physique57-solution-cover

According to the Physique 57 website, the Physique 57 book promises to help you:

  • Perfect your Physique 57 workout by following our step-by-step, calorie-burning 57-minute workouts which include muscle defining arm exercises, intense seat and thigh sequences, and waist-chiseling ab moves. Pictures and narratives of each part of the workout will ensure you maintain proper form throughout!
  • Boost your fitness and weight loss results by following our 2-week meal plan filled with delicious recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert.
  • Learn the story behind the inspiration for Physique 57—read how co-founders Tanya Becker and Jennifer Maanavi started this revolutionary fitness formula five years ago.
  • Understand the science behind Tanya & Jennifer’s proven formula of interval strength training, isometric exercises and orthopedic stretches to systematically lengthen and sculpt your muscles.
  • Get inspired with tips to help you stay motivated and achieve your goals long after you’ve finished reading our book.

To enter this giveaway simply comment below telling me why this book intrigues you!

I will randomly select and announce a winner on Tuesday.

Good luck!

I would love to try this. I have had 3 stress fractures this year and was so bored with my workouts during my recovery phase. Your cardio circuits have inspired me to change up my routine and I would love to have something new to add to my workout. Can’t wait to hear how the class went!

As a personal trainer and fitness instructor I like to research all the new fitness and diets that enter the industry. I like to understand them before clients approach me with questions, its best to be a step ahead of the industry if you can, for me I use it to benefit others and would love the opportunity to dig my nose into it’s content and see what I can extract from it. Thanks, your Canadian friend Sandra

I’ve tried similar classes (Core Fusion Bar Method) but have never had the chance to try Physique 57, though I would love to! The workouts are so amazing effective AND efficient — I’d love to learn more about the book and how the effective/efficient approach carries over. Plus, 2-weeks? I’m intrigued — a 2-week “booster” would be great for me right now! 🙂

Physique 57 intrigues me because I love the idea of using movements and the weight of your own body vs. weights/bands/kettlebells/etc. It’s more therapeutic but still one heck of a workout!

I am really interested in fitness books that are the whole package–diet, exercise, total healthy living. It is hard to take a work out program or fitness book seriously when they promote a way of life that just isn’t sustainable (or sometimes even healthy). Hope the work out class is great and I can’t wait to check out the book.
