Good morning from New York City!

This morning I have plans to attend my first Physique 57 class in New York with my friends Merri and Ashley. We’re pumped and intimidated and I hope I can walk tomorrow!

    The book interests me because I’m super curious to see the diet that goes with these moves. Diet is a huge part of “chiseling” know’m’sayin’?? 🙂

    I’m really intrigued by the concept of 57 in general- what an odd number to have picked! Wondering what that reasoning is all about, and they sound very medically-minded so I’m intrigued by that as well.

    I have been struggling with losing “a couple pounds” my entire life. Now, I am going on a trip to Europe when i graduate in June and I reall want to feel good about my body!!!

    My Muscleworks instructor has been including isometric exercises lately and I love them so I would like to win this book to find new worlouts which include them plus I’d like to find out what orthopedic stretches are!

    I think I have tried everything to lose weight. As my age goes up so does the scale so I’m looking for something new. Something that will not only help me lose the weight but also help me become stronger!

    I’ve tried a couple of barre classes before and LOVED them. I wanted to take more, but couldn’t really afford to and can’t seem to get away now with a 4 month old baby – of course when I need the workout more than ever. Would love SO much to try this as I’m trying to reach my goal weight/fitness by the end of March and need all the help I can get.

    I just moved to NY and am struggling with my workouts now that I have a 9-5 office job. This sounds like a great option since it is only 57 minutes. Plus I could go to the class!

    Wow what a neat program!! I would love to try it because I am always looking for ways to save time by making my workouts more efficient – sounds like this is a great way to really firm up without spending hours at the gym!
