The solution for a girl who wants dinner now?
Frozen salmon burgers!
SeaPak salmon burgers are all-natural and packed with protein and Omega 3s and cook up in less than 10 minutes.
While I prepared two burgers on the stove top, I made a dill dijonaise to spread on the burgers using a tablespoon of light Miracle Whip, 1/2 tablespoon of dijon mustard and several shakes of dill.
Along with the dill dijonaise, I topped my burger with cucumber and plum tomato slices before digging in.
On the side, I enjoyed a sliced red pepper.
This meal screams summer! With September right around the corner, I’m enjoying all the summery meals I can before fall is in full swing.
I’m off to straighten up the apartment a bit before cuddlin’ on the couch. I think the lack of sleep from yesterday is catching up to me because I’m tired tonight. I’m planning the hit the hay nice and early this evening.
Enjoy your night! 😀
this looks so fresh and tasty… I love salmon + cucumber + dill… 🙂
HAVE A GREAT NIGHT !!
Looks great, Julie!
I will have to try that sauce!
Thanks for posting your salmon burger toppings! I have some patties sitting in the freezer and couldn’t figure out what to top them with. I like the sound of a dijion and dill combo!
We like salmon burgers too! Fast in a pinch. 🙂
Oh that dill spread looks great! I’ll have to try that on my next salmon burger!! I’m with you on the getting to bed early thing. Too bad I’m still at work. Eeeep, 1/2 hour to go!
Hmmm, I’m going to have to try this dill sauce! Looks good!
I’m still scared of salmon. I think I need to grow up and be 25. 🙂
mmm, looks so good!
i adore salmon burgers! this one definitely sounds like it screams summer to me…yum 🙂
have fun snuggling!
Those salmon burgers look so yummy, especially with that dill dijonaise! Awesome!!
Have a great evening!! 🙂
Haha, I just wrote on how I was trying to soak up the last days of summer with my meals. Salmon Burgers are always so good and definitely remind me of summer! 😉
What a great, quick meal idea! I’m going to have to snag some of those guys!
I wish I liked fish, because this seems like a great meal idea.
Though I do have to ask, does anyone else want to pronounce salmon as SAL-mon? I always want to when I look at the word, even though I know it’s correct pronunciation 🙂
OK, I read your blog all the time, but I am breaking my silence tonight! I just had a salmon burger, only I used Herbal Gathering Spicy Hot mustard as the spread: http://www.herbalgatherings.com/recipe.htm. I get it at Whole Foods. I thought I would pass along the note, although I am thinking your dill recipe looks even better! I am glad someone else enjoys a good salmon burger as much as I do!
I guess I’m embracing the fall. I just had a huge bowl of my White Bean Chicken Chili. 😀 It was leftovers from the freezer so quick and easy too. Just the way I like it. Hope you get good rest tonight!
I’ve never eaten salmon (I know), but we have some frozen salmon burgers just hanging around begging to be consumed. Perhaps I’ll have to try one!
That dill spread looks like a great addition to the salmon burger. Dill with salmon is the best combo ever. Thanks for the idea 🙂
Mmm looks so good! How do you like the salmon burgers?? I’m a huge salmon fan but haven’t tried it other than grilled or broiled. Looks like a good alternative when I don’t have the time/money for a salmon fillet.
salmon burgers are really tasty! they’re a great way to enjoy salmon in a totally different way.
Mmmm, I loveeee salmon burgers!!! Especially with sweet potato fries 🙂
ive never had a frozen salmon burger! i do have some mahi burgers in my freezer from TJ’s that i want to try!! mm looks tasty
I’ve never had a salmon burger. I only tried frozen salmon once and it kind of grossed me out, so I’m apprehensive to try it again. On the other hand, your sandwich does look good.
Those burgers look so fresh and refreshing!!!
i’ve seen those burgers and always wondered how they were. now i know! i’ll have to try them.
i cooked some salmon for lunch today!! but the burger sounds really great!

I’ve been loving this sauce on all my fish dishes since I read about it awhile back on your blog! It’s the perfect mayo-y blend without being as bad as tarter sauce!. I wrote about using it today on my bog and gave you a shout out for turning me onto this recipe!
Thanks again!
I’m really intrigued to find these and try them. I just had turkey burgers for the first time and they were delicious!
