Ole!

January 28, 2010 by Julie 7 Comments

There was a two month period when Ryan and I would eat tacos at least one time a week. We became a little obsessed with the ease of crock pot chicken tacos and made the yummy meal over and over again. What meal do you make over and over again? After a brief hiatus, the…

Salivary Gland

January 27, 2010 by Julie 14 Comments

When I arrived home a little early to scoop Sadie up for her appointment at the vet she looked so excited. Even though she’s received several rounds of shots and was spayed at the vet, she still is excited to go… but then again, she’s always excited to go anywhere. Sadie’s nerves kick in at…

Boat Tour + Date Night

January 23, 2010 by Julie 8 Comments

Tonight’s date night was wonderful! Ryan and I kicked off our date nice and early with a 4 p.m. boat tour of Winter Park, a small city right outside of Orlando. It was warm outside, but a little chilly on the lake when the wind got blowing. Thankfully the boat company had blankets to snuggle…

Dinner Guests

January 22, 2010 by Julie 12 Comments

Tonight we had guests for dinner… my parents!   They stopped by our apartment en route to St. Pete from Jacksonville and we enjoyed a tasty dinner of slow cooker chicken tacos. I inhaled these tacos and went back for another plate full of taco salad. Do you prefer hard shell or soft shell tacos? I’m a…
