Three Three-Minute Snacks + A Giveaway

November 19, 2014 by Julie 1,814 Comments

This post is sponsored by The Laughing Cow® and features three three-minute snacks! I am an official brand advocate for The Laughing Cow® in 2014 and while I receive compensation for participation, opinions are my own. The giveaway portion of this post is not sponsored, as I am handling that myself. I hope you enjoy this post and thanks so much for your support!

If you have three minutes, you have enough time to make these three flavorful and absolutely delicious snacks!

three minute snacks

Today I am teaming up with The Laughing Cow® to share a few simple snack ideas and fun food pairings. As I mentioned in my previous post all about savoring snack time, The Laughing Cow is working on a new initiative to encourage people to sit down and enjoy their snacks rather than rushing through snack time every day.

The Laughing Cow Cheese

I figured that coming up with three super-simple snacks that take only three minutes to assemble would help give me more time to sit down and enjoy the snack I prepared rather than inhaling it and rushing off to complete the next thing on my to-do list.

Three Three-Minute Snacks

  • Honey Pear Crunch Bites

Honey Pear Walnuts and The Laughing Cow Cheese

Pears with Laughing Cow Cheese Walnuts and Honey

I actually came up with this combination a couple of weeks ago as I was making dinner. Ryan had just opened a bottle of wine and we wanted a simple snack to savor together while we waited for our main meal. This sweet and salty snack was creamy, crunchy and tasted great with a glass of white wine. I just topped a few pear slices with a thick spread of The Laughing Cow Original Swiss Cheese Wedge before adding a sprinkling of walnuts and drizzle of honey.

  • Pizza Crackers

To make this snack, simply spread a generous amount of The Laughing Cow Creamy Mozzarella, Sun-Dried Tomato & Basil Cheese Wedges onto a cracker of your choice. Top with turkey pepperoni and a black olive. It’s the perfect snack for days when you’re craving pizza or a salty snack!

  • Apple Cinnamon Tortilla

It doesn’t get much easier than this! I love this snack on its own but also think it makes a great breakfast if you throw in a handful of nuts. Top a whole wheat tortilla with two of The Laughing Cow Original Swiss Cheese Wedges, apple slices and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Love it!

Giveaway

And now, in keeping with the theme of three, I’m excited to be giving away three things that help me relax, slow down and unwind… And better savor meals and snack time!

Giveaway

One PBF reader will win the following three items:

  • Rewind Candle (Scent of your choice) – Because candles are oh-so-relaxing!
  • Cozy Eberjay Pajamas (Size and design of your choice) – Because nothing says “I can finally unwind” like slipping into your favorite pair of pajamas!
  • Anthropologie Nightfall Throw (Color of your choice) – Because curling up under a cozy blanket is my favorite way to chill out after a long day.

To enter this giveaway, please leave a comment telling me about one think that always helps you relax and slow down. I will randomly select a winner on Friday!

Good luck!
