Your Resident Turkey

December 1, 2011 by Julie 64 Comments

Good morning from your resident turkey!

turkey trot

Pictures from the Thanksgiving Day Turkey Trot that we did last week were posted and it’s official… I’m a tool. But at least I’m married to another one, right?

Non-Workout

When the alarm went off at 5 a.m. today, I rolled over in bed and convinced Ryan to sleep in.

Someone else was very happy with this decision.

egg sandwich 008

Sometimes sleep just takes precedence over a good workout. I think I may take a lunchtime yoga class, but we’ll see. A long walk with Sadie just may be my workout for the day!

Breakfast

Breakfast this morning was a warm and tasty egg sandwich.

egg sandwich 002

I topped two pieces of honey wheat toast with muenster cheese, raspberry jelly and two fried eggs.

Hope your day is off to a wonderful start!

Awww! Sadie looks so comfy! Today was definitely hard to get out of bed. It’s freezing here in PA. I could have used an extra hour to sleep in.

Your breakfast sandwich looks very tasty! 🙂

I really need to force myself to wake up earlier to make myself one of your egg and jelly sandwiches. They look so good, but I have a hard time waking up earlier than 5:30 just for breakfast, so I usually just make oatmeal once I get to work.
