Brrr Baby!

November 6, 2010 by Julie 22 Comments

Brrr baby! It’s a cold one in Orlando today!

Ryan, Sadie and I stayed cuddled up in bed for a good 30 minutes after we woke up because we feared the cold temperatures in our apartment.

Ryan was adamant about getting to the gym first thing this morning, which was a great way to warm up and get our blood flowing.

I completed a random cardio workout that looked like this:

  • 20 min. stair master
  • 15 min. circuit/plyometric exercises
  • 10 min. elliptical

Once we were sufficiently sweaty, we headed home for a hot breakfast! eggs 009Dippy eggs + Veggie bacon + Whole wheat English muffin

Dippy eggs are by far my favorite kind of eggs. I love runny yolks!

eggs 014eggs 015Now I’m off to seize the day!

On the agenda:

  • Laundry
  • Dog park
  • Figure out second half of honeymoon
  • Pack
  • Head to St. Pete

Catcha after lunch!

Be sure to follow PBFingers on Instagram and Facebook!

I'd love to connect with you! I am always so grateful when you let me know you tried one of my recipes or workouts and tag me in your photos or updates. Thank you so much!!!

Cuddling up on a cold day is the best! Have a great day! Wish I was headed to St. Pete! That’s where my entire family is…except me. 🙁 Like Morgan, I’m a Georgia gal!

I’m curious why you always eat veggie bacon instead of turkey bacon or center-cut beef bacon? They all have about the same calorie and sodium count, but meat products have more protein. Just curious; I’ve never tried the veggie bacon because of all the ingredients.

honestly it’s b/c it’s frozen! i can’t go through a whole pack of regular bacon before it goes bad. plus, the veggie bacon is really tasty!

Oh, I see. Well, just so you know, you can freeze regular bacon too; just separate the pieces in the package when you get it, then stick it in the freezer and take out whatever you need. Maybe a little more effort, but a little more eco-friendly, more nutritious, and prettier! 🙂

I love my eggs like that! They are referred to as “dip-dip” eggs in my family, because you “dip dip” that toast into it! 🙂

I wish we had your “cold” over our “cold.” It is in the low 30s here today in Alaska with snow on the ground!
