Brrr baby! It’s a cold one in Orlando today!
Ryan, Sadie and I stayed cuddled up in bed for a good 30 minutes after we woke up because we feared the cold temperatures in our apartment.
Ryan was adamant about getting to the gym first thing this morning, which was a great way to warm up and get our blood flowing.
I completed a random cardio workout that looked like this:
- 20 min. stair master
- 15 min. circuit/plyometric exercises
- 10 min. elliptical
Once we were sufficiently sweaty, we headed home for a hot breakfast! Dippy eggs + Veggie bacon + Whole wheat English muffin
Dippy eggs are by far my favorite kind of eggs. I love runny yolks!
On the agenda:
- Dog park
- Figure out second half of honeymoon
- Head to St. Pete
