Earlier this week, a leg workout was on the agenda and it was a killer. At first glance, it didn’t seem that bad, but a few minutes into the first circuit, I realized I was going to have to dig deep to get through it.
The workout was a partner workout but I did my best to modify it so I could share it with you guys in a way that will make it easy to follow and complete solo if you’re looking for a leg workout that will make you feel the burn!

As you can see, the workout includes three 8-minute circuits for a 24-minute workout and it can easily be done at home with a set of dumbbells. We tackled the workout after a brief warm up (three minutes of 10 bodyweight squats, 10 alternating lunges and 10 squat jumps) but before we left we had a “finisher” to complete that was killer!

Oh man, my legs were on FIRE.
As we were leaving, the song “Wobble” came on and we all had to laugh because a lot of wobbling was going on at the gym after that workout, that’s for sure.
