Oiselle Running T-Shirt Giveaway

May 23, 2012 by Julie 1,216 Comments

To the runners and lovers of cute fitness-themed t-shirts out there, I have a fun giveaway for you today!

A few weeks ago I was sent a t-shirt from Oiselle, a company that makes comfortable, functional and attractive women’s running apparel.

oiselle 001

(So soft!)

They also make RUNDIES!

rundies

I’m not sure I’d want the word “fartlek” on my butt (potty humor gets me every time), but I think the rest of the Rundies are so fun. What a creative idea!

I received the FA T-shirt from Oiselle, which appealed to me immediately since I am a big fan of The Sound of Music.

image

Though it’s hard to see in the above picture, the t-shirt says, “Fa, a long, long way to run.” (Don’t feel bad if the desire to sing “Do-Re-Mi” just hit you like a ton of bricks. It happens to the best of us.)

Oiselle apparel may be found in a variety of retailers, including Fleet Feet, Track Shack, Feet First, Spikes and Lloyd Clarke, among others. You may also click here to find a retailer that carries Oiselle apparel near you.

lori-alder-front

Now for the fun part!

One PBF reader will win an Oiselle t-shirt of their own!

To enter this giveaway, simply comment below, telling me about one important feature that a workout top must possess for you to fall in love with it. (Example: Built in bra, cute colors, dri fit, long length, etc.)

I will randomly select a winner tomorrow.

Good luck!

Be sure to follow PBFingers on Instagram and Facebook!

I'd love to connect with you! I am always so grateful when you let me know you tried one of my recipes or workouts and tag me in your photos or updates. Thank you so much!!!

The perfect workout top has to be wicking, relatively long and not too tight in the armpits or have uncomfortable seams on the shoulders/underarm.

I have to have a long shirt. If it rides up at all, I get flustered. 🙂
And moisture wicking is a must.

The shirt must be long enough and breathable. There is nothing worse then having to lift up your shirt air out your body or have you bellybutton creep out while your running.

Pockets!! And of course a flattering cut (read longer), and fun colour is hard to pass up on!

I’ve heard lots about Oiselle since joining twitter and the blog world – http://www.solanaleigh.wordpress.com recently, but I’ve never seen their products in a store, or tried them I’d love to give them a go, since all I hear is good things!!

Must be long! (just a little too short shirts got left in the 90s, thank goodness) Seamless isn’t necessary, but needs to be soft enough fabric that the inner arm doesn’t chafe – I can’t be the only one who has that problem!

I’m tall (5’10) so it has to be long enough and not too narrow in the shoulders/tight in the pits. I want to be able to move my arms without chafing! And no built-in bra!

For me a workout shirt must be long enough, I don’t want to be doing tricep presses and showing off my belly button. Big bonus points if it’s moisture wicking and fitted without being skin tight. What can I say, I’m picky 🙂

I just need the shirt to be a good fit. I find that so many race/workout shirts are what I call “fat shirts.” They’re super super wide and make me look pretty frumpy. I’d love to find more shirts that are well tailored and flattering.

Dry-fit with wicking fabric, long enough, must not ride up, must be fitted but not too fitted. Ideally. And a V or scoop neck is preferable to a crew. No, I’m not high maintenance, why do you ask?
