Oiselle Running T-Shirt Giveaway

May 23, 2012 by Julie 1,216 Comments

To the runners and lovers of cute fitness-themed t-shirts out there, I have a fun giveaway for you today!

A few weeks ago I was sent a t-shirt from Oiselle, a company that makes comfortable, functional and attractive women’s running apparel.

oiselle 001

(So soft!)

They also make RUNDIES!

rundies

I’m not sure I’d want the word “fartlek” on my butt (potty humor gets me every time), but I think the rest of the Rundies are so fun. What a creative idea!

I received the FA T-shirt from Oiselle, which appealed to me immediately since I am a big fan of The Sound of Music.

image

Though it’s hard to see in the above picture, the t-shirt says, “Fa, a long, long way to run.” (Don’t feel bad if the desire to sing “Do-Re-Mi” just hit you like a ton of bricks. It happens to the best of us.)

Oiselle apparel may be found in a variety of retailers, including Fleet Feet, Track Shack, Feet First, Spikes and Lloyd Clarke, among others. You may also click here to find a retailer that carries Oiselle apparel near you.

lori-alder-front

Now for the fun part!

One PBF reader will win an Oiselle t-shirt of their own!

To enter this giveaway, simply comment below, telling me about one important feature that a workout top must possess for you to fall in love with it. (Example: Built in bra, cute colors, dri fit, long length, etc.)

I will randomly select a winner tomorrow.

Good luck!

Be sure to follow PBFingers on Instagram and Facebook!

I'd love to connect with you! I am always so grateful when you let me know you tried one of my recipes or workouts and tag me in your photos or updates. Thank you so much!!!

I like when a workout top hugs in the right spots– but isn’t too tight!

Long length is a must, but love having a zippered pocket. I ended up with a key in the built in underwear of my shorts one day. Did not find it until I had looked all over after my run and couldn’t get home without it!

It must have the ability to breathe. I enjoy running both inside and outside and I don’t always want everyone to see exactly how much I am perspiring. If you catch my drift. Also, bright colors are necessary too especially so that people can see you!

I used to love tops with built in bras but now I can’t stand them! They suffocate me. I’m all about the cuteness factor now. If my work out clothes are cute then I will WANT to wear then and therefore want to work out! Win win!

Workout tops need to have good built in bras! Doesn’t hurt if they’re really colorful and fun too. These clothes look great!

I love my workout clothes to be different – a slightly interesting cut, an interesting toggle placement – but they MUST be functional. Form and function have to work together!

Dri-fit is a must for all my workout clothes. I also like my shirts to be a little on the long side; I hate fussing with them while I’m running to keep my stomach from showing.

Dry fit is a must! And I like them to be a little bit longer so that no part of middle has any chance of scaring people.

    Thanks PB!

I am really tall and have kinda broad shoulders, so something that is loose enough in the shoulder-area so it’s not tight, but not baggy and sloppy looking on the rest! A good type of form-fitting fabric helps this a lot.

PS: Julie, I love your blog so much!! Also, I just found out that my former college roommate’s best friend from home knew your sister from UF! We were chatting about good blogs, so obviously I was raving about PBF, and her friend recognized your maiden name! Small world 🙂

Everything I wear when I go for a run has to “go” together. I therefore have specific crops, pants and shorts that go with specific tops. Some tops tend to ride up when you run, so I save those for strength training days. And they are always brightly colored and fun!

My workout t-shirts need to be somewhat light (when they get heavy due to sweat…well that’s just icky), moisture wicking or dri-fit, and being a little on the long side doesn’t hurt. Running in the Windy city that is Chicago, sometimes my shorter shirts fly up to my belly button. Weird. ha!
