PBF Gift Guide 2019: For Her

Hey friends! How are you doing today? I’m checking in this morning with my third gift guide of the season featuring a collection of gift ideas for the women in your life, whether it be your mom, sister, best friend, grandmother, mother-in-law, etc.

I tried my best to include a variety of ideas and a range of price points and hope something pops out at you for someone you care about this holiday season!

• Daily Page Notepad

I am a major list maker and the Daily Page Notepad is actually on my personal wish list this year! As someone who loves beginning my day by writing down my daily to-dos I love the way this notepad gets right to the point and helps you think through your must-dos, appointments, meals, workouts, etc. If you know someone who always has some kind of a list going, I think this notepad would likely be a welcomed gift!

• Dainty Jewelry + Jewelry Dish

A new piece of dainty jewelry is always a welcomed gift, especially when paired with a beautiful little jewelry dish. Etsy is my go-to for things like this, with so many options available that you’re sure to find something your loved one will treasure. Some personal favorites include this hexagon necklace (an unexpected twist on the typical initial jewelry), this gold tubular necklace (perfect for layering), this open minimalist ring, this personalized dainty ring, this Morse Code necklace, this rustic zodiac constellation ring dish or this pretty blush pink and gold ring dish and this ring dish for couples.

• Cutting Board or Cookie Platter Engraved/Printed with a Family Recipe

This was my Mother’s Day gift for my mom and Aunt Laurie this year and it was a huge hit! I had my grandmother’s hand-written sugar cookie recipe (our family’s favorite!) printed onto a cookie platter and hope that every time this cookie platter is used, they think of Mimi. I love this is a practical gift someone will use regularly that also feels sentimental.

• Personalized Pet-Related Present

I love gifts that incorporate a beloved pet into the mix! My aunt gave me a hand-painted ornament of Sadie and it makes me smile every year when I hang it on our Christmas tree. Etsy has a ton of options from beautiful portraits to gorgeous food and water bowls and more.

Is it just me or does buying luggage for yourself kind of stink? And yet, somehow, receiving luggage as a gift is kind of awesome? I’m not sure how that works out, but if you know someone in your life who travels a bunch whose carry-on or duffel bag could use a little updating, consider gifting her with a new piece of luggage for the holidays.

As someone who wears her hair up nearly every day, I like having a variety of barrettes, headbands, hair ties, etc.  on hand to make me feel a little more put together when I want to throw my hair back and run and I have a feeling I’m not alone in this thought! Bonus: Pair it with her favorite hair-care products, a new styling tool, etc. (I still maintain that this is the best hair dryer ever!)

With the holidays popping up during a very chilly time of year, I’m all about gifting all the cozy things to loved ones! Some ideas: Weighted blankets, silk pillowcases, slippers, pajamas, joggers, sherpa pullovers, fuzzy socks and more!

Weighted blankets are all the rage and while they’ve always intrigued me, I was gifted one by Dozeology a few months ago and I’m now a total believer. Yes, Ryan may laugh at me when I hurl my 15-pound blanket over my body before bed but I find it so relaxing and totally buy into the hype that the added pressure from weighted blankets encourage a deeper, more restful sleep. It’s amazing! I also love my silk pillowcase (thought help prevent fine lines and wrinkles and result in smoother, less frizzy hair in the morning) and even bring it with me when I travel.

I’ve also seen them on the GAP Factory website.) / Barefoot Dreams Hooded Cardigan (So warm and cozy! Perfect for lounging around the house when you don’t want to wear a robe in the middle of the day) / Fleece Pullover (this is the affordable find that blew up all over Amazon last year and for good reason!) / Half-Zip Sweatshirt (beautiful color options) / Sherpa Pullover Sweater (I’ve been living in mine since I ordered it earlier this fall) / Cozy High Butter Socks
