Belly Bulge

March 25, 2010 by Julie 21 Comments

Eat me.” Of course, I always oblige. 😉 For breakfast this morning I enjoyed a cup of fruit salad that included one large Pink Lady apple and lots of freshly sliced strawberries. I planned to stir…

Oh My Wafer

March 24, 2010 by Julie 16 Comments

Is anyone else out there a sucker for the awesome foodie items at places like T.J. Maxx and Marshall’s?…

March 11, 2010 by Julie 19 Comments

I walked half way to the gym this morning before I turned to Ryan and told him I was heading back home to leash Sadie up for a run outside instead of a cardio workout at the gym. I initially planned to have a nice, easy elliptical session today because I didn’t want to run…

Sch-Weaty Beast

March 10, 2010 by Julie 17 Comments

I used to never sweat. I would go to the gym, work out, and my face might perspire a little, but that would be it. These days I find myself sweating a lot more. My face still sweats the most, but I also sweat a lot between my “girls” and my stomach is almost always…
