TRX Circuit Workout

Good morning!

Care to begin the day with a TRX workout?

A few of you have asked me to share some of the TRX workouts I take my TRX class through and as I planned today’s class this morning, rather than jot notes down on paper, I turned to my beloved PicMonkey.com to create a graphic to share with you guys.

This workout will take you on and off the TRX and incorporates bursts of intense cardio to get you nice and sweaty!

Now you just need to blast my Heat Things Up workout playlist and it will be like you’re there! I wish we could all workout together. That would be a blast!

Right after I publish this blog post, I am off to the gym to work and teach, so I’m hoping my breakfast does a good job of holding me over until I have a chance to break into my morning snack!

Last night I prepped a batch of overnight oats and this morning I topped them with walnuts.

    I’d want to workout with Jillian Michaels. I have a few of her DVD’s for days when I don’t feel like going to the gym and I love them! Lots of circuit workouts. You’re always moving and you can definitely feel it the next day.

    I love TRX! I did a few sample classes (you have to pay extra for them at my gym) and it was so challenging, loved it.
    I would have to say Kara Goucher for working out with someone. I think I could learn a lot from my favourite runner:)

    I love TRX, but I think my gym is sort of phasing it out! Luckily they still have Body Pump 🙂 I never feel like TRX “does” much until I’m SUPER sore the next day, haha!

    I’ve been wanting to try TRX for a while. But my gym is in the garage and I don’t have that haha. Hmmmm if I could workout with anyone in the world…..well I’ve got a couple!!

    Thanks for sharing the TRX workout! Want to check that out when my tennis elbow heals.

    I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to work out with Jillian Michaels. I like to think I already do (via her DVDs). I also wouldn’t mind working out with Sadie Lincoln from barre3. I love her in the DVDs. She’s so personable, encouraging, and sweet. She just seems like a real, down-to-earth type of person.

    oh my gosh – chocolate raspberry coffee?? Sounds delicious! And I’ve only used a TRX a couple of times a few years ago, but I think I’d die in one of your classes – I remember it being so hard!

    I tried a TRX workout once and I loved it! I wish places around me had them for workouts because this looks awesome! I’m not sure who I would work out with. I’m going to think about it now, but that’s a really interesting question!

    I would love to workout with Chalene Johnson because her videos were what made me LOVE to workout. I hadn’t found a workout to be passionate about until those early Turbokick dvds…and now I’m certified and have taught for 4+ years 🙂

    I’ve always wanted to try TRX; it’s on my to-do list for the near future!
    I’d want to work out with Shaun T, he seems to have a fun personality and is great at motivating throughout his workouts.
    Also, I need that coffee flavor in my life! YUM.

    I haven’t done TRX before. Do I need to buy those bandy things? Haha…like my very technical term? I would love to workout with Jillian Michaels. I actually had the opportunity to take one of her class at Reebok’s Sweat USA last year. It kicked my butt!

    I’d love to work out with one the the Olympic gymnasts- I used to do gymnastics and their strength training is so different than most peoples, I’d love to see what they do!

    This looks awesome! I totally love TRX and what it does. Have fun in class!

    I get to workout with all the top Les Mills trainers in Vegas at the huge LM event–so I am SO excited!! Other than them, I’d want to workout with Jillian Michaels. I would learn so much from her! Oh and Michael Phelps–that’d be nice too. haha

    I have never tried TRX, but I’ve heard such amazing things about it (and my friend works for them up in the Bay Area), so I want to get my butt over to a gym that has it… I don’t have a gym membership at the moment, though, sooo makes it tough.

    I don’t know if you’ve heard of her, but I’d love to work out with Leah Sarago! She’s my fave ballet/barre instructor and really opened up my view of fitness! And also helped me change the way I work out sometimes as well as my physique through my pregnancy and after. 😀
