Healthy Pancake Recipe Roundup

January 14, 2012 by Julie 53 Comments

I am currently en route to Amelia Island for our friends’ wedding weekend and hope to check in with you guys soon! Until then, I hope you enjoy these yummy recipes!

Healthy Pancake Recipe Roundup

I completely forgot to do a Recipe Roundup post in December, but it’s back in action this month!

I started the Recipe Roundup feature on Peanut Butter Fingers to highlight some of my favorite recipes that may have gotten lost in the shuffle of publishing a bazillion different blog posts throughout the past two years.

Past recipe round up posts include:

  • Granola Recipe Roundup
  • Pumpkin Recipe Roundup
  • Salmon Recipe Roundup

Since I know that many of you are resolving to eat healthier in the new year, I figured a roundup of my favorite healthy pancake recipes would be a good fit this month! Beginning the day with a healthy meal helps me feel satisfied and motivated to continue making healthy choices throughout the day.

Plus, it’s the weekend and Sunday mornings and pancakes go hand-in-hand.

I hope you enjoy!

  • Oatmeal Protein Pancakes

  • Greek Yogurt Protein Pancakes

  • Banana Bread Protein Pancakes (My favorite!)

I'd love to connect with you! I am always so grateful when you let me know you tried one of my recipes or workouts and tag me in your photos or updates. Thank you so much!!!

Whenever I look at your blog in Safari, it looks fine however when opening in
