Well That's Never Happened Before…

June 18, 2010 by Julie 43 Comments

This morning I woke up and changed into my workout clothes. Before we walked to the gym, I tried to convince Ryan to take the day off  and instead take Sadie on a long walk with me. He said he knew he wouldn’t workout this weekend (we’re heading to my parents’ house for Father’s Day), so…

The Best Part of Waking Up…

June 7, 2010 by Julie 33 Comments

Is Folgers in your cup! Is a finger full of peanut butter! Okay, I guess that little jingle doesn’t have quite the same ring to it as the Folgers jingle, but I’d take a peanut butter finger over a cup of instant coffee any day! 😀 This morning I kicked off my breakfast with a…

Pre Beer Fest Fuel

May 15, 2010 by Julie 19 Comments

When you know you’re going to be knockin’ back beer (after beer, after beer), it’s wise to fill up with a hearty breakfast! This morning Ryan and I woke up early (Why can’t we sleep past 7 a.m!?), and headed to the gym. We parted ways and I headed to the cardio room for 20 minutes…

Lobster for Lunch

May 6, 2010 by Julie 19 Comments

I’m so fancy! Lobster for lunch… well, kinda. Lobster was definitely in my lunch, but not a full-on lobster tail or anything. 😉 Sure the lobster was stuffed in some pasta (in the form of leftover Monterey Pasta Company lobster ravioli), but the flavor was there in full force. I spread a wedge of Laughing…
