Waffle Sandwich

February 12, 2010 by Julie 13 Comments

My egg-topped waffles were so darn delicious last night, that I decided to enjoy another egg + waffle combo for breakfast this morning. I made a simple breakfast sandwich using two Eggo Nutrigrain waffles as my “bread.” I smeared a Laughing Cow light Swiss cheese wedge on one waffle before topping it with a slice…

Egg-Topped Waffles

February 11, 2010 by Julie 4 Comments

Quite a few breakfast foods made an appearance in my dinner tonight: Eggs Waffles Canadian bacon I actually brainstormed the idea of egg-topped waffles as I was going to bed last night. I think about the most random things when I’m trying to fall asleep. Sometimes I wish I could just shut off my brain…

Old Standby

February 11, 2010 by Julie 6 Comments

Increasingly Clear

February 11, 2010 by Julie 14 Comments

It’s becoming increasingly clear that I have found my wedding dress. I am in looooove! After work yesterday, I met my mom at Something Blue, a bridal boutique in Orlando to try on two very different dresses. (Ryan, do not click  any of the upcoming links, just in case!) The front runner is a James…

Artichokes, Good. Pasta, Good.

February 10, 2010 by Julie 14 Comments

As I was prepping my lunch last night, I asked Ryan whether or not he thought artichokes would taste good in pasta. I’ve never had artichokes in my pasta before and wasn’t sure if the flavors would mesh well. Ryan’s reply? “Artichokes, good. Pasta, good.” How Joey Tribbiani of him! 🙂 [youtube=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=avE0ozYmTDA&feature=related] “It tastes like…
