Lobster for Lunch

May 6, 2010 by Julie 19 Comments

I’m so fancy! Lobster for lunch… well, kinda. Lobster was definitely in my lunch, but not a full-on lobster tail or anything. 😉 Sure the lobster was stuffed in some pasta (in the form of leftover Monterey Pasta Company lobster ravioli), but the flavor was there in full force. I spread a wedge of Laughing…

Brace Face

May 6, 2010 by Julie 48 Comments

I never had braces growing up. I was given the option to have braces, but being 14 years old, I figured it didn’t matter and I decided against being a metal mouth. Fast forward 10 years and I was self-conscious about my “fangs.” I had two teeth on either side of my two front teeth…

I made the chicken salad using leftover pulled chicken, light Miracle Whip, dijon mustard and frozen sweet corn kernels that I let thaw overnight. Before…

Paaay-ink Breakfast

May 5, 2010 by Julie 23 Comments

Is it just me or do you feel a littler happier when you consume a breakfast that is pink? I think my love for the color pink goes all the way back to my childhood when, according to my grandma, I used to pronounce the word “paaay-ink,” with a slightly southern accent. My breakfast this…

Save the Date Pictures

May 4, 2010 by Julie 67 Comments

After work our backyard became the site of an intense photo shoot! Ryan and I went the do-it-yourself route and got friendly with the self timer on my camera to take some photos of us for our save the dates. You’d think that after 6+ years together we would have a picture we could use already,…
